I think that time stone and other stone is just like a circuit if the circuit is complete the the flow of energy is start and if circuit is incomplete energy didn't flow.SO, when any living thing touch any infinity stone,the power of the stone flow into them just like Guardians of the Galaxy movie when peter quil touch the power stone the energy the power of stone flow into him and then it flow into his teammates when they touch quil.So,think that this power flow into living body is just not applicable on power stone all the stones have the capacity to flow their energy into living thing.
In time stone,if any living thing touch time stone,the energy of time stone flow into them and change their organ or body's lifespawn(matlab ki yadi time stone doctor strange touch kar leta toh uske brain ki age 5 saal ho jaati or kideny ki age 90 saal jaise ki ant man ke saath time travel testing m hua tha) and there physiology. So i.e. anyone didn't touch time stone and for carrying or touching time stone, sorceress make a forcefield around time stone so any living trying to touch stone the force field apear around it.If you notice when thanos put time stone into gauntlet the stone fit into the gauntlet there is no force field in the gauntlet before putting it in gauntlet the forcefield appear in the the thanos hand,so just like this In ENDGAME the tony's machine touch the stone because in the machine the flow of energy of stones CIRCUIT are not complet and the force field is not appear.
Bounce Theory- if any stone touch any planet,their energy started to flow into them because of living plants and animal's because here the CIRCUIT of stones is completed.
In the guardians of the Galaxy if power stone is fell down on nova's planet, the circuit of energy flow is completed because of living plant and animals and BOOM...the planet was distroy.
In the case of time stone the sorceress make a forcefield around it by there enchantment and the enchantment is "if the stone touch any living thing (means when it's circuit is completed ) the force field apear around it also when it fell down on earth the force field generate.
And the energy of stone if not just like the electric energy so i.e. why the insulator or conductor for there energy is different.
