I guess Im randomly asking but does someone know a trick to get back into an instagram account..? I was stupid lost my password. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me.
1. Confidence 2. Learn how to properly brace aka how to breathe in your gut/belly/diaphragm. 3. Learn how to let the weight settle. For example when you're squatting and taking the bar out, let the weight become one with the body and the floor then squat, don't squat when the weight is still oscillating back and forth.
Letting the Weight settle on my Back has done a huge Boost in my Squat Form. I´m no longer work against the Weight, but with it. Feels a lot better now.
I always try to follow point 3, but for some reason I get a lot of flack from randoms at the gym about it. "The moment you unrack, just fucking go. your triceps will get fatigued if you just sit there"Every single time I just say "alright, thanks" but they ALWAYS have some shit to say
Another great Table Talk. I used to make all those mistakes. I made the adjustments a while ago and have made tremendous increases on my lifts. I love how you don't try to make your way the only way and recommend reading up on others input. Credible sources. Because there are a lot of douche bags out there ruining the industry. Thanks again Dave.
I recently got huge improvement on the squat, and it's not my muscle who suddenly exploded into massive gains, I just figured out the movement. it's not supposed to be wobbly, you gotta be solid, make one with the bar, edit: As i wrote that, you said it in the video (y) about this confidence, I didnt overloaded for two months because I ''couldn't do it'' but really you just gotta keep pushing your limits. I was in a ''plateau'' but really it was just a mental thing
This video is impossible to watch for us misophonia types. Since Dave knows so much, I forced myself until 5:39 to 5:42, where I just about lost my sanity. Excuse me, while I take my intermediate hopes and misphonic rage to my garage platform.
“Just because shit feels heavy, doesn’t mean you can’t lift it.”
