Bali Bathroom style is verry nice...
Hard to find words to describe the villa. I ve been to Bali a few times and this place looks so according to my way - lots of green, wood, pool with plants around it and the view from top on the rice fields with a table to start writing the novel, movie, or create next song. Amazing place, thanks for showing it. Looks like one the best places to live.

1. Change the stair railing to modern wood style
2. Change the sliding window on the bedroom to top-hung outward style
To minimize the risk, the rest is nice.

This place is stunning but for one thing, opening the windows in the bedroom you open up to a sheer drop it is an accident waiting to happen and it can be fixed no problem. Would have to do more research on the area etc. The house has been laid out very well.
Definitely can be a danger, especially if you have kids⛔️

Nice house, but they could easily add another bedroom on the second floor and a master bathroom, also a balcony and maybe a terrace if they made the roof flat for a little more
Great video and nice villa! Next time please mention how many years this contract last also. Lots of westerns think they will own this villa forever for 120K. But surprise surprise, actually only for 10 years in this low price.

120.000usd is a great buying price. On the other hand is 290usd per night definitely a rip-off for Bali! Even in Switzerland I get a big house on airbnb with jacuzzi and stuff like that for that price.
Not sure where the 120k price tag came from. All lit I've researched says its for RENT at €150/ night. Still not a bad deal.

Usd 120k quite cheap, with the nice villa, in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia with that price only can get condominiums.😓

Love the villa but have a few concerns: sliding doors that open up in the master suite can be hazardous. I would have added a railing for protection. Also, in the middle of the night if you have to use the bathroom, it is an inconvenience to go to the lower level to use the bathroom, especially if you are in a rush. I would have added a master bath in the upper level (however, leaving full bathroom downstairs for visiting guests.). Otherwise, love, love this style of decor...
