    wow! i can make 3 very painful push ups with my torn arm muscle. I can stay on my arm for two very painful minutes now! each time , stronger and stronger. i will not fail it is only pain to recovery !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I am sure I am 2" taller now doing your neck exercises the last couple of months. No more headaches, but will the grinding at the end of my spine in my head ever going to stop the noise? I have made it to 4 pushups before the pain starts in my torn muscle. each day I am getting stronger medially and physically. I bow in respect for all the help Shaolin temple has done to improve my life! one day I will have the honor to meet you all. (big bow)

    Have to restart with this session. I don't know if the mesh in my grion stretches or it torn! All's I know, I have more movement now. I can kick up to my shoulder now with little pain.

    Redid this again just to resure my exersises. Still cant do the ten pushups with my torn arm.

    todays neck excuses are very loud! it is grinding really loud hard to hear with all the grinding sounds. lol.
