Engraving test with a solenoid engraver.

Tried to engrave holding it on my hand (an accident waiting to happen).
This video is 5 months old, the new programming I got is more efficient in reducing the heat from the solenoid. As a solenoid I used this one (www.aliexpress...) but trimmed the shaft on the second mark. This way I got the natural frequency of oscillation better (faster) and it got more compact.
I Uploaded the Cad file on Drive. The lid is supposed to be printed at 103% size to fit the thread better.
To improve the resistence, I put a brass tube inside with 6,35mm internal diameter and 7,2mm external diameter. The brass tube I got from hobby stores from K&S brand. At the time, in July it was available everywhere, it can get up to 7 Handpieces made. The collet is a GRS Quick Change Tool Holder with 6.30mm diameter on the thin part.
I have no way to fix the pieces that's why I am holding it in my hand, maybe 4 months from now I will have the condition to buy it. I used a #38 GRS flat graver, unsharpened (I know, terrible) and could get 0.6mm of depth with a 12V 3A PSU.
The intention with this video is to show the possibilities with the projected board for a graver. After some testing the power capacity of the board stood 18V 3.5A PSU with a frequency of up to 50HZ and 45% duty cycle of the engraver but reached 85 celsius on the ICs, so not ideal.
