That was fabulous. I have really been looking for an easy way to identify serpentine verses Nephrite. I picked up 78 pounds today at an estate sale and I thought it was serpentine but was hoping it wasn’t. I Such beautiful colors that I thought for sure it was nephrite or some other kind of jade. I wish I could show you a picture of the beautiful one. It almost look like Green Marble countertop in natural rock formation. But it can’t be marble. It’s extremely hard and very dense.
