Quoi de mieux que des recettes légères et rafraîchissantes,
Je vous propose aujourd'hui une petite merveille 🤩
Des verrines, mais, pas n'importe lesquelles, mes propres verrines,
j'aime beaucoup présenter des recettes dans des verrines je trouve que c'est somptueux et prodigieux, ça donne plus d'envie,
J'adore les verrines sous leurs différentes formes, salées, sucrées ou plutôt sucrées salées.
Je vous présente ma recette de verrines de betterave et kiri un vrai délice vous allez être vraiment surpris de goût.

Ingrédients :
👉Une grosse betterave.
👉 Une gausse d'ail.
👉 3 portions de fromage kiri.
👉 Jus de 1/2 citron.
👉 Sel.
👉 Poivre.
👉 Deux cuillères à soupe de crème liquide 12%de matières grasse.
La déco 👇
👉 Feuilles de menthe.
👉 Morceaux de betterave.

I present to you my recipe for beetroot and kiri verrines a real delight you will be really surprised by the taste.

Ingredients:
👉A large beet.
👉 A garlic scoop.
👉 3 portions of kiri cheese.
👉 Juice of 1/2 lemon.
👉 Salt.
👉 Pepper.
👉 Two tablespoons of 12% fat liquid cream.
