What tires do you use? man my 1/10 absima touring car destroys tires every 4 batteries. Comparing to my 1/16 hbx where tires last forever even on 3s. And yes, the absima runs only on 2s brushless now but even on the 540 brushed it destroyed tires. And because of that the steering becomes twitchy and very hard to keep it in a straight line.
