WWE 2K24 Roster Reveal: Brand New Superstars & Legends Announced! Plus, New Details Confirmed!

- The WWE 2K24 Roster Reveal continues with the confirmation of brand New Superstars and Legends, including 7 stars who make their series debut, while returning names include the confirmation of Ken Shamrock, George "The Animal" Steele and Mick Foley's alter ego Mankind!
The inclusion of Ken Shamrock all but confirms he'll appear in the 2K Showcase Of The Immortals as the special guest referee for the WrestleMania 3 bout between Stone Cold Steve Austin and Bret "The Hitman" Hart.
Also featured in this latest round-up we have all the latest ratings in the WWE 2K24 Ratings Reveal, including new screenshots and the entrance video for Jey Uso, plus we have new details from WWE Games Associate Gameplay Producer Bryan Williams, who, speaking on the Everything Pro Wrestling Podcast revealed new details on the Gauntlet Match and it's different variations.
According to Bryan theres 3 different versions of the Gauntlet Match, including 1 which sees you able to take control of the next superstar after being elimited, another that sees the match end after you're eliminated, and a third that sees up to 8 players in the ring like the Royal Rumble, with pinfalls and submission continuing until only one person remains.
Bryan also confirmed new details on the creation suite, noting that Create a Superstar is still limited to 100 creaiton slots, with the 1000 logo limit also in place.
A modern version of Lita was also confirmed, making Lita being the latest star to be confirmed.

Dude, I’m in disbelief. They added the N64 Royal Rumble stipulation in the form of that gauntlet match type where instead of over the top rope eliminations it’s pinfall or submission. That was soooooo damn fun back in the day, I never thought that feature would be in a wrestling game again.

@@user-bz7qg5xw6h You could always do that in battle royals, to my knowledge. What I’m saying is, being able to do a 30 man Rumble with pin and submission instead of over the top rope eliminations.
I requested this feature to come back in almost every Smacktalks video. Back to the WCW/nWo Revenge days. I’m almost certain someone from 2K saw all my comments 😂

Creation Suite should give you the option to change the appearance of main roster talents. (Hair Etc)

If I have a choice between updating the attire of a current superstar, or adding a brand new star, I'll always pick the brand new star.
JD would be nice to have his Judgment Day gear. But if leaving it the way it is led to creating an all new Wolfgang, Maxxine, or Thea Hail, then it's 100% worth it.

Saw on SD Logan Paul is somehow rates 89 and the Miz is only 81. Logan is very impressive but he's not better than miz
Gunther should be at least 95. He hasn't lost a match since his main roster debut.
I hope they have Priest's double title entrance how he has it now.
Gunther has lost. He lost against Gable by countout on an episode of Raw. Gunther just hasn't been pinned nor submitted since his main roster debut
Logan hasn’t lost as much as Miz, due to not having as many matches as Miz, so his higher rating makes sense. Miz didn’t win one match, for a while in the year.

It doesn't make sense because he's not actually better. And by your logic Gunther should be the highest rated wrestler in the game. Even the Tribal Chief Joe Reigns has lost 2 matches since Gunther made his main roster debut. Gunther as I said before hasn't lost in over 2 and a half years.
@weswith360s no one costs that as a real loss. Pretty sure it wasn't the plan either.
2 things I like to see
1. So instead of just straps being removed during gameplay if I were attacked during my entrance I'd like the option to then remove the entrance shirt or jacket by choice
2. The logo limit I was hoping for an upgrade but I always hoped 2k would upload these models additional attires themselves
