Why not just use AI for voices? You can record any person really talking then use AI to change voices. This way we could also get classic announcers like Gorilla Monsoon, Bobby Heenan, Vince, Jesse the Body, Piper, Macho, Gordon Sole, JR, King, etc
Well, if they can have Mike Rome, Alicia Taylor, & Samantha Irvin specifically for NXT, SmackDown, & RAW, who is to say we can't have Cole & Pat on RAW and Graves & Barrett on SmackDown. But if they wanted to go with a football-themed pack, then any of these would have been great to see Monty Brown Bruiser Brody Dick the Bruiser Big Cat Ernie Ladd Lex Luger Junkyard Dog Chief Wahoo McDaniel Steve Mongo McMichael Brian Pillman Dr Death Steve Williams Then, 2K could have tossed in Pats friends as an extra into all the rest of the packs. Instead, we got them to give a half ass effort here as they couldn't even be bothered to be creative with giving them unique entrance trons and just recycled Pat's tron for them. If they were able to have different show commentators for the older games which had less hardware, they could do the same thing for the newer games
You also forget the limited commentary those games had. That's why they've been reluctant to add new commentators.
