@@ItsMsHeatherNicole they bother do this in different ways. If you subscribe to Kibbe body typing, it makes total sense since Audrey was a Flamboyant Gamine and Katherine was a Dramatic. A lot of masculinity incorporated into both types.

Audrey Hepburn was calculatedly styled right before she got famous. She was a symbol of rebellion. She was the anti Marilyn, Liz Taylor, etc.. Her stylest saw a niche market that needed to be filled: the quirky, girl with a boy like frame who represented art, culture, reading, etc... this was reflected back in her style and in the movie, Funny Face, that catapulted her into fame.
And she was discovered because she’d be a perfect part in a play that the writer had imagined, not because she wasn’t like Marilyn or Liz Taylor
I received the supreme compliment several years ago when I was about 30, when a cousin, whom I hadn't seen in a while, said, 'she looks just like Audrey Hepburn'! Needless to say, I was thrilled!

I noticed in this video that when you wear your outfit and show off the pieces, you use the larger portion of the screen to show your outfit and on the right hand side you have a clip of you talking through the outfit with measurements. Dearly Bethany great video amd agree with the info on measurements is so helpful! It would be helpful to also add what size you got in each piece. I have several pieces from everlane and the sizes I need are not always consistent. Thamks

My 22 yr old daughter just watched Sabrina with me recently, and she said Audrey had the wingtip eye liner and the clothes were beautiful!!! She was shocked that the movie was over 60 yrs old!!! Audrey was timeless and elegant no matter what she wore!!!

Actually, I think the outfit from Funny Face had a turtle neck, black socks and loafers instead of a boat neck, bare ankles and embellished flats. Idk why I know this off the top of my head but I do. Not sure where the pic shown is from though

I love Audrey Hepburn! Recently I have been especially obsessed with boat neck, 3/4 sleeve and breton shirts. Just need to find high-waisted tapered pants in diff colours but I’m not sure which brand is affordable and classic! Maybe you can do Grace Kelly next?

You must have the same interest in style that I have. I follow Victoria Beckham and Amal Clooney but my all time favorite is Carolyn Bessette. She was so elegant even when wearing a sweatshirt and jeans, just so elegant.

I grew up in the 50’s so Audrey Hepburn was everything to me, and I was a huge fan. Everything she wore was perfection, and I try to channel her as often as I can. I fall short tho.
Very good detail. The 60s were nice outfits. Sophia loren had nice style. From her hair to her red handbags. Loved it!

Such a sweet collection you put together in honor of Audrey Hepburn... You look so great in all of it and I imagine that Everlane must be SO HAPPY with how you present their ever so classic-with-a-modern-twist garments. As Audrey’s striped tops tended to be boat neck, I have a little trick for that: turn the top back-to-front (that is if the label is sewn onto the garment with care) and there you have it! It gives length to the torso and performs a magic act on the shoulders. 💡Love your vidéos so much and so appreciate your gentle and thoughtful nature.❤️

I've been binge watching your videos and I barely realized you had your measurements on the side. We are almost identical in measurements. This is so amazing because I find it hard to find inspiration when a lot of people I see don't have a similar silhouette. Your videos are going to help me so much. Hi Bethany! I'm glad I found your video. I love Audrey Hepburn and my favorite movie of her's is Funny Face which is where an all black outfit is from (again one of my favorites!). She also wore one in Sabrina. She did do quite a bit of dancing in Funny Face and she actually practiced ballet from a young age. Love all the pieces you chose!

Darllng outfits and well - done. Audrey Hepburn's pants were what we called Capri pants. We don't have pants now that completely replicate the capri pants from the 50's, but you have done a good job of capturing the general style. Really enjoyed this video.

I love how those jeans flatter your body sooo much! I just wish they didn’t cost $400 each or I’d totally get them! But good quality pieces do cost that much usually so that’s a good indication that they should last you for a long time!
