I am from Canada and I am new to your channel I watch 6 videos and I went and got a recuse piggie today his name is gizmo and he is 5 months old and you know I really love him and thank you for all you do and it makes me proud that I gave my new ginnie pig a safe home instead of abusive one . I brought him home took him out of the box and he sat in my lap after petting him for a couple mins and fell a sleep so he is my new best friend so thank you very very much

Scotty, I have really missed you being at the rescue and making videos! Your love of the guinea pigs inspires all of us who have these. I think that first piggie sniffing your hand was saying....I think you need to take me home with you. I’ve heard you take really good care of them. As for Galadriel at least they didn’t name him Gollum, my precious!
I'm there every Monday! I can focus on Adoptions. I'll try to do more videos at the rescue. But its too hard to do live.

Sometimes, I give some stuff to my piggies I call a mix. It contains lettuce, pepper, and some carrots. I only just started doing this and I want to give it to them every sunday or so. I'm planning to make some more types of mixes with different veggies too!

Hi Scotty. I didn't know that we can feed the seeds from vegetables with seeds to our wee pals. I always remove the seeds from peppers, tomatoes etc etc. Are my piggies spoiled and I'm just making work for myself? Thank you for helping out at the rescue and sharing your time there. I tried to introduce three guinea pigs, but it didn't go too well. I had an open space and everything but they immediately started attacking each other. There were chunks of fur on the ground and one of the pigs got injured near her nose. I'm not going to try again but should I be worried for the injured piggie? The scar isn't that big.

i would love to adopt more guneapig's as had owned 4 in past (both in pairs but sadly passed away) though vet bills for looking after them is now insane :/ as i love guneapigs but looking after them needs to go down before i buy other pair, also hurt my heart i looked after and tried to heal 1 guneapig for 6 month straight paying loads on vet bills each 2-3 week for him to pass away after 6 month :(

Thanks for this. I love seeing all the different varieties of the piggies. I also love the piggies that rattle the cage with their teeth (even if it's not good for teethies). I'd be losing some fingers if I had to do all that chopping with a cleaver. Veggies looked yummy 😋.

I have a female PEW, I don't understand how she cabe to be like an albino, but she is not an albino at all. Her parents were dark-eyed piggies with very dark brown and black fur.
My PEW had a little sibling, it looked like the parents, but he was stillborn, unfortunately.
My 15 year old daughter and I can probably come help chop vegetables and what not. I looked at the website but I didn’t see a volunteer application. How do you apply to volunteer?
