Joe is spot on the human side of racing is just as interesting as the racing itself. The fact that Christian is so honest and open about how tough it is doing the dream job of most of us listeners and viewers is awesome insight, thanks for the pods lads
I love these co-host shows. The discussions are detailed, informed and so interesting for a layman. The close racing segment was awesome. BTW Squadron Leader Herbertson top tash…
Keep it up boys. I ride with Chrissy’s CR69 badge on my lid. My biggest inspiration to jump into racing is Chrissy, he’s with me every lap. Listened to every pod since the start - wanted to grab a chat with you and piggy in the paddock at the Manx, didn’t get the chance (mildly bottled it). All 4 of you are flying with the pod and your respective motorcycling endeavours 🏍️ 💨
Loved this catch up style podcast. I think it’s def worth doing some more of these as well as the interviews. I’ve met Dom a few times in the paddock and he’s always been lovely. I’ve always found most of the road racers to be great when you speak to them in the paddock. Keep up the good work lads!
I really enjoyed that one, lads. It felt like being sat in the trailer having a chat with your mates. Very relaxed, but so many insights. Loving the 'tache, Dom. I dare you to keep it! Erm, did Josh come very, very close to saying he wants to ride the TT? That would be awesome, if so.
Another excellent episode, you guys should get an entry in No Limits Endurance for a round, maybe not the same as 24hr but they seem a long bloody time as a Marshall 🤣🤣
We went to one of the Foggy and Whitham Chat shows and we were in the back having a brew with them , Mully the sponsor and talking about the raffle prize itook on behalf of the charity ( mini bike) when Birdy and big Dave ( Dogger ) came in . That was a bizarre evening by normal standards. We actually knew Dave
Great watch guys need to see more of these just to keep up with the rumor mill and what's going on across the classes and that's without worlds and moto GP .It would be good to run through all the teams too the more the merrier keep up the good work soooo good 👌👍
With the pathway system is there not a danger that if it does eventually become the standard rules for BSB with the result that it makes the jump from BSB to world championships even bigger and even harder for riders who want to make that move. Look how difficult it has been for the past few champions to try and move up to wsbk. Cost cutting is a good thing for the health of BSB but it seems to me that it would put another hurdle in the way for those trying to move up.
Hope you can 1 day get Reg Marshall on again, laughing like hell at that 1. I keep going back to it every few weeks. There must be lots more to come out of him.
Hey off topic, i tirn 60 next year on june 1st, first day of racing for the TT...my son wants to take me there and we have been looking for a place to stay thursdaynight through sunday the 2nd and cannot fi d anything available. Any ideas? We thought of renting a campwr van in Liverpool and taking that over if need be. Its my life long dream and we will do what ever it takes to be there. We love all u lads and are so excited to and see it first hand! 😊❤
Well….A few really interesting topics but a few missed/not covered ? No info at on what happened to Dom at the Manx with the crash etc. WSB move for J.Rea not really mentioned ? Would have liked more insight on what the story was behind Jack Kennedy getting shat on ? And ffs guys Paul Bird death glossed over as if PBM never existed ? Was surprised at that one tbh … Just sayin’ ….feeback and all that ..😊
Maybe the current Superbike rulebook is outdated. A stock thou on slicks is almost as fast as a Superbike and for a quarter of the costs. The no electronics rule was invented to cut costs but now teams have to spend loads of money on custom frames/ swingarms etc to put the power down and in the end it's just as expensive. How is it possible that an off the showroom floor s1000rr is in some ways better than an all singing all dancing Superbike. Get with the times. Allow electronics in British Superbikes. Spec ECU's with traction and wheelie control

I'm always amazed by the points Chris Iddon brings up in discussions. He's clearly a smart lad.
