Hey Thermador people! IS ANYONE LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMERS?? We spent $5,000 + for a stove that can't be cleaned. SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE NEEDS TO COME UP WITH REALISTIC IDEAS ON HOW TO KEEP IT CLEAN
I boil water, then with a pot holder lift up the grill top then pour the hot water into the stovetop avoiding the stars. My guess is two to three cups max. Then take an old bath towel or two hand towels and wipe it clean. No scrubbing.
Anyone else having trouble keeping the stars from spotting? I haven't boiled anything over, maybe some water on the bottom of a pot, but they're all spotted after recommended cleaning. I've only had this stove a few weeks. I had to talk my other half into it ($) and I'm treating it like a baby. One recommendation is to invest some $ in the washable protection mat that they make for the stove. It does work well, but cleaning these stars is a problem.
the flames burning on the side! but not the center! whoever designed this burner head should be fired. but the company still proud of this stupid design.
@@g_pazzini One of the points Thermador (and salespeople) make is how easy it is clean the star burner. Can you please tell me what makes it hard to clean? Thank you. It's always interesting to hear what consumers have to say in response to what the salespeople promise. And is the star shape actually better than a round burner (such as a Wolf range)? That's another one I'm a bit skeptical about.

This worked in seconds: Mr. Clean Magic Erasers.
Look at the demonstration stove. It's not clean either. I don't think even THEY have figured it out.
