POS is an acronym for piece of shit however, in this case POS means Point of Sale.

Corporations like 711 have HUNDREDS of rules they want their stores to be ran by and more than 80% of them actually damage the Bussiness. You can only get away with disregarding the rules for that long, especially in a company that constantly changes who your boss will be so there will never be a person who would have your back and in 90% of cases these 'bosses' enjoy making work very personal. You are never going to have an easy day off because they will constantly throw new meetings, rules and inspections at you... And if your boss is not fond of you...well, you'll be having a very hard time running things because they will look at everything you do and every paper you sign just to find a mistake

Did you know hat 7-11 corporate is owned by a huge Japanese company. The 7-11s in my area try to survive
by charging prices 20 to 50 percent over grocery store prices. Gas prices are always higher. I only go there overnight if I can't sleep.

7-Eleven is an extremely extremely dark place and it has a very very dark future exposing the past. They are only one very small part of the problem but I do not forgive them.

,Don't be so honest. Should of just gone to your doctor and lie to your doctor and say you have strep throat said you caught something infectious. Tell your doctor you need a note for your boss. They will write one up real quick. He would put a few to several days off work for strep throat. Now your boss cant' do shit about it and you can do whatever you need to do. Never put your life on hold depending on your boss's kindness. You'll regret it. They only see you as a robot to make them money. The moment you cost them money you're gone. That's how business is most of the time especially in retail. With the doctors note in hand he can't refuse you or you can sue him. If he fires you you can sue him for retaliation for missing work due to good cause due to illness. I hope your father survived his stroke.
