Based on the age of your Airstream, it may be time to reseal the windows. The small leak you discovered is a good clue. Hopefully, you can catch it before water goes in behind the wall. ~ Ed and Lauren

Thank you for the tip! Would love to do that. Do you recommend anywhere that can do that?

As for needing 4 of your six boxes, we need to go out to the garage multiple times for a project. I figure it's the same thing.

So true. When I was building the new sofa I was getting over 20,000 steps a day on my fitbit, just walking in and out of the airstream and into the nearby garage.

Suggest using computer fans in the electrical cabinets.

P.S. You may benefit from taking your loaded Airstream to a CAT scale.Tongue weight can be an issue.

Looking forward to trying that out, thanks!

Try strong Velcro screwed under the cabinets to join and stabilise them to the bench seat, maybe?

The flies went flying! Great campsite you have there with all that open space for the girls.

Having a little space for the kids to run around sure makes all the difference.

I'd strongly suggest finding and repairing the leak issue around the window above the electrical stuff and NOT using some kind of absorbent material to soak up and perhaps become fully saturated anywhere near your electronics.

I have missed you and your family. I am glad to have found you and like the way you have made the airstream 'yours'...Every family needs a while to learn how to incorporate their lifestyle needs. Your daughters have grown so much since I last saw your videos. Thank you for sharing.

The screen on my Maxxair fan does come out pretty easily but I can’t remember how to do it without looking at it. Last year I tried to let the fan blow out a bunch of stink bugs that made their home there and stumbled across removing the screen.

Those stink bugs somehow have a way of hanging on for months after we encounter them.

    Yay, a Papa vlog! 🤩
Could the next sofa you plan to build be made out of peg board? That should have enough holes for ventilation. 🤪
I love all the converted RVs / Airstreams with tons of customizations. In most cases the owners gain much space that was unused after the factory build. Plus you know exactly where everything is and how it works.
Like you can buy all the components for a computer and build your own setup, Airstream (and others) should create and sell a blank shell and components.
Or send their creators to a training with some Airstream converters for some thought exchange.
Great video, very educational and entertaining! 🤪

Yes!! Couldn’t agree more! Give me a bare bones trailer and a bunch of parts I can snap in like legos, leaving behind all the stuff that is not useful for our situation. And allowing for change in the future.

Lol you may want to close your eyes if that bugs you . Punny and thoughtful . You’re the best . You helped all who may be afraid of bugs , grossed out by bugs, or who love them and don’t want to see them ejected in such a way
Also why don’t you put a tape measure , Phillips , and flathead in all boxes ? I’m sure you have extra of those .

Thank you for appreciating and for the kind words, Victoria! Also great idea about keeping the basic tools on multiple spots!
