I have them and also the Moondrop Aria's that were $80. Pulled both of them out the other day and did a back and forth and preferred the Blon's. They are an excellent iem and the Aria's are no slouch either. Just preferred the Blon's at that moment.

I would say yes the Blon Bl03 are the best sounding in this price
Better than CRA Chu or any other iem
But biggest problem with Blon is fitting issues horrible tangling cable
