Philippine Arena has already finished and open to public i guess?? OH my gosh im so excited, i want to visit it soon.. ! The biggest Indoor arena in the whole world so far.. i hope i can watch foreign concerts with favorite idols someday!!!!
These buildings show that Philippines are progressing forward. way back half a century ago philippines is one of the most riches country in asia, US dollar before is equivalent to 2 philippine peso. and i believe we can be one of the best again. just hope that what PNoy reinstalled technique for economic growth won't be deleted once he's out of office so please vote wisely.

Being major in architecture and Filipino, I am very impressed with what the country of my parents are doing. Seeing this gives a lot of hope for the Philippines, and hopefully it is time for them to rise.

Fort Bonifacio Global City is a nice, well developed area kinda like a mini-singapore. It's already complete but they are still constructing many more additional buildings.

alam ko nararamdaman mo, mahirap makitang maraming nagugutom. pero malaki din ang maitutulong nito sa mga mahihirap, dahil magkakaroon ng maraming trabaho. at dadami at mga turista, meaning tataas ang income ng pinas, at pag tumaas ang income ng pinas mas madami silang matutulungan at mas madaming magagawang project para makatulong sa pag papaganda ng buhay ng mga pinoy.

Cavite is now also evolving .. There's a lot of hotels & malls .. High rises Etc.. Are under construction right now .. Specially in dasmarinas ... They are constructing the tallest hotel outside manila ...

Most, if not all projects here are done by private companies, not the government. From what I have observed there are a lot of things the government is working on and so far I appreciate what President Noynoy had done so far
Most of the Private residences are owned and developed by Century Properties like The Trump Manila, Makati Medical City, The Gramercy, Knightbridge, The Acqua, Centuria, The Azure.
I think, In order to succeed, the Philippines also need the cooperation of the citizens. It's not only the government who will always look for the solutions, It's must be both. Filipinos should work really hard and help their selves to get a better housing/ life for their families. :')
a skyscraper means a building with at least 51 storey of livable floors. Sa Mindanao, Davao has many buildings from 12floors up to 30 floors all in the makings plus one with about 41 floors so it wont qualify as a skyscraper. I think CDO has one with about 36 floors but wont really be considered as a skyscraper. The only building shown in the video from Cebu is the One horizon bldg.which has 51 floors, the minimum required for a skyscraper.

really... a country's development take years and circumstances and calamities hinders such developments. You can't expect to turn to from a 3rd world country to a first world country in less than a decade. Filipino people, it takes time for a country to mature and prosper. Just be glad that we have these wonderful projects despite being a 3rd world country

Mag tulong tulong ang ofw remittance, bpo, strong patronage of pinoy made goods, strong agriculture, young english speaking population, choosing employable college at vocational courses at kahit medyo maliit na fdi para maiaangat nito ng mabilis ang economy natin para di na tayo maliitin ng kapitbahay nating bansa. Plus mo pa ang pagmamanman at pagsusumbong ng mga kurakot sa gobyerno.
The title "Sick Man of Asia" is slowly slipping away. Soon the Philippines will rise to be one of the largest economies in Southeast Asia and maybe even the world. Their economy is growing much faster now, and to those who believe that the Philippines will forever be the "Sick Man", they are VERY wrong. I'm not Filipino, but I really respect and believe in this country.

I was really expecting to see future projects about our airports and something about mass transportation, its what we need. not some freaking tall buildings. kinda disappointed its not in here.. But pls don't get me wrong. These are really really great projects. I hope to see them in year 2015! :)
it's underway in San Jose Bulacan with the sceneries of sierra madre mountain range. SMC and Ayala's very wide lands are there. that would become the best in the world the Ph could offer being passed by bullet trains from laoag city to legaspi city and down visayas and mindanao through subway underseas. this dream of mine will come true because our most rich Filipinos would read this my post haha
foreigners are most welcome to the philippines...it is a nice country, developed and industrialized, you have the biggest mall... all fun in the philippines, but pls relocate squatters and give them decent place to live.
