this was a beaut Stephan! id move the owners suite upstairs tho cos im big on having the rest rooms upstairs, and just leave a guest room downstairs so its easy access for them with amenities etc. Then i switch out the owners suite dstairs for a movie or ent theatre room, other side of it, maybe a gym room lol. thanks for sharing Bro.
