I like a lot about this one!

loved the entryway floors...looooved the ceiling in the living room that coordinated with the kitchen cabinets...loved the kitchen and loved the floor plan, but the con for me is tooooo much grey and black for my taste.

The 2 upstairs bedrooms are perfect for 2 fam members!

That’s called a money pit. Nothing has been updated since it was built and it’s massive. You’d definitely have the most expensive house in the neighborhood if it were properly updated and never get your money out of it.

Not sure how this came across my TH-cam feed, but WOW. Just WOW - that's an absolutely beautiful home. I don't live in TX. It got so good, I had to stop watching 3/4 way through before I got envious - LOL. I'm thankful for what I have and that truly is a masterpiece.

It’s definitely nice and it looks like it’s in a good well off suburb, but for the asking price; I think one could find something a bit more modern in terms of interior design. It doesn’t look old or anything, just slightly dated. The use of space is also questionable, why is there even a toilet in that small strip of space next to the primary closet? It’s so out of place and cramped in. I would have just ditched it and made the closet area slightly bigger. I feel the same about the vanity closet; would most women even be comfortable using that small place? The pool outside and bathrooms look lovely through.
