    Interesting. So you only need short videos. Coming into the room and then panning across a detail. Is this how you do most videos? Seems very engaging.

    Absolutely kick ass! I just bought a Benro Geared Head and tripod to better my workflow. But this is another animal altogether. I wouldn't make a habit of this, but when necessary, most definitely!

    Great stuff! Tip: for doors that don't shut (like the bathroom), hold it with your foot and do a pull back, then reverse it in post. Looks like your walking in and the door magically opens.

    Tyler, your videos are awesome. Genuine and informative. I've been absorbing all the information I can about moving from the type of photography/videography work I currently do to real estate, and finding videos from someone in my area has been an amazing stroke of luck. Look forward to seeing more, brother!

    FTF fam here. I have two tings to critique. one, I would put the edited pictures or footage at the bottom as you were capturing it. that would be helpful for leaning and retention. two, never put a mic on the neck, especially if your subject has a deep voice as you do lol. I prefer the sound of a mic about mid chest, like right on top of the heart. thank you for making this channel! my goal is to hit real estate hard this year.

    Are you outsourcing your editing or doing your own. I'm curious about the interior photos specifically. I know you shot HDR but the color in the final photos is very even in a way as if you had flash pops. Can you give any insight as to how you did that?

    Thanks for this, just subscribed. Would be interested to see something on the editing side for both photos and videos, but would imagine with the number of properties you shoot and the fast turn around needed, you would need to outsource. I enjoy your videos, though I'm older and having hustled for decades as a photographer am not looking do any degree of volume. Just enjoy shooting interiors.

    • @tyler_fraser

    it looks like in your previous videos you used flambient, but now just brackets. It also looks like you are getting great, accurate colors without the flash. Is this all through the brackets being sent to an editor? lastly, does the gimbal help to keep your verticals straight with the photos?

    • @tyler_fraser
      @tyler_fraser  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I mainly do HDR, but I have been doing flash some lately for teaching purposes, and honestly, they are pretty close, I am about to release an HDR vs FLASH video soon! And no, the gimbal does not help with my verticals, if anything, it hurts them lol

    I tried commenting but it wouldn't let me. I'll try again. Great video! I have a couple follow up questions. Did you start using a tripod or have you always done handheld? Do you have a limit on how high of an ISO you're willing to shoot or anything is free game? Do you outsource your video or edit it yourself?

    • @tyler_fraser
      @tyler_fraser  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I started with tripod, and moved over to handheld for speed purposes, I have recently started incorporating a tripod again into my workflow, unless I need to be fast. And I outsource most of my video editing, and all of my photos!
