Replacing (99-04) Super Duty drink holder in dash on my 2001 F350 7.3

How to remove and replace the cup holder on you 1999-2004 F250, F350 etc. Super Duty install

You can also change the front plate if the cup holder part inside is good. Also you can release the inside part, slide it out of the frame, then slide the new one into the old frame, at least that's how I changed mine and also changed the front cover. Thanks, I didn’t know there were two more screws in the bottom. I left the two screws in the bottom out after installing the new cup holder.
