Yet again Charlie is able to stay so still for such long periods that I question if his cam is active or not🤣
I was only 3 minutes in and questioning the same thing. Drax could learn a thing or two from charlie.

I think ever since Kaya and Jackson started Criminally Stupid I've noticed him being much happier. I've always liked Kaya but I'm loving happy Kaya lol

@@arsena5209 Which is understandable.
I'm always nervous whenever Andrew starts to talk because he always asks something along the lines of "Do you guys ever relate to [insert feeling / thoughts / experiences]?" and 99% of the time, Jackson, Charlie and Kaya always respond with "I don't even understand what you're talking about."
Tbh I didn't either this time 😅, I was like "isn't that normal tho? Or did I misunderstand? "
Andrew is from another planet
@rockin1014 more like the other way around, Andrew will say something like "Hey guys do you remember when you were a kid and after you went swimming you'd dry yourself off and feel comfortable afterwards?" And everyone will start to gang up on him and go "what? What do you mean? That makes absolutely no sense, I have no idea what you're talking about, that's absurd"

It warms my heart that Kaya loves thanksgiving as much as the rest of us Americans
I honestly don't know how people can even hate it. The entire holiday is basically just eating food with your family. The people who wanna be pissy about it because it's kind of whacky historically are thinking too deep into it. We can acknowledge the whackiness while still eating food together and enjoying Thanksgiving like rational human beings.

It was honestly real wholesome hearing Kaya talk about thanksgiving I enjoyed it a lot
It's so good to see Kaya smiling and seems genuinely happy since he got to experience a great night with his new family.
I want more Kaya talking about new things he’s experiencing in the US! It’s always interesting to hear his POV.
Kaya is literally like Dale Gribble being so jacked up on America.
Kaya and Jackson should make a podophiles episode about dream
It’s nice and refreshing seeing Kaya this way
He's often like this wdym? 😭 he's not just pessimistic, y'all just whine ab him
He used to be an edge lord lol
I’m super glad Kaya moved to America, his Thanksgiving story warms my heart
Cornbread dressing is a thing, my late grandma used to make it.
And it’s adorable hearing Kaya talking about his first Thanksgiving.
Jacksons opinions on dream did not age well. dream straight up admitting most of the allegations were true. same with the gumball video, came out that most of it was directed at dream, in response to him finding out about about the underage girls. plus theres also the fact that he did in fact make up with the driver, and paid him a huge tip as an apology. also, kaya, and jackson. you cant legally drink till ur 21, so doing stupid stuff when you are barely 21 and drunk makes perfect sense in america. especially if you likely have little experience getting drunk. not to say that gumball's va didnt drink at all before 21, or that he was a perfect agnel, just that culturally, thats a weak stance.
Episode 365, one for every day of the year 🎉, cant wait to listen to it after dinner
Oh Kaya, stuffing is the best Thanksgiving food ever.
As a native American who loves Thanksgiving, I'm really enjoying the love you guys are giving it.
Have you ever tried rice and sausage stuffing? It's so good, my family won't make it any other way
As a dude from southern America I'm very happy you enjoy food as I am black
@lourok6824 thats tight. as a fellow human I'm known to eat a time or two
And as an indigenous woman I don't love thanksgiving.
I don't love it because it's.. Normal thing here?
You guys don't eat with your family normally?
"Jesus Christ! You got no scoped by grandma!" I nearly chocked on my eggs, bro 😂
I work a tipped wage position. One of my former coworkers has told me if he were to own a restaurant he'd pay the tipped wage positions the at least minimum wage for non-tipped positions and have everyone pool their tips at the end of the shift, which is a great idea if it's a dead night.
Also, Thanksgiving is without a doubt the most wholesome American holiday, but how much you like it really depends on how much you like your extended family or whoever you spend it with
That's how a lot of places do it in the Western states because the minimum wage applies to EVERYONE.
Genuinely don't understand how so much of the country still does tipped wages.. Absolutely bonkers.
@@brandon9172 legit surprised it hasn't been made a thing where I live, because I'm in one of the most progressive states on the east coast. I'd welcome it with open arms, as dead shifts really aren't the best incentive for doing your job if half your pay comes from how busy it is
To clarify: someone in a tipped position will never, ever make less than minimum wage. If a person working for a tipped wage doesn't make minimum wage with tipping wage + tips during a pay period, the company has to reimburse them so that their total income during that pay period is minimum wage.
That being said, if you don't make enough in tips and the company has to pay you more than other waitstaff to make up for it, you will likely be fired. The whole system is stupid.
@@AngryAlfonsemy girlfriend worked somewhere that would give the cooks 20% of the total sales for the day no matter the tips. Sometimes they would be paying out of pocket at the end of the day for going to work.
Bro nobody goes to their family's house for thanksgiving. This isn't 1990
I liked the part where everyone finally had a face cam!
They've had their cams on for a while now.
Love that kaya had thanksgiving and is just onboard now. Im jealous you got the louisiana experience the food there is just amazing next step on ur journey is a crawfish boil trust me kaya that is a great time. Also TIL dressing is a southern word ive always wondered what stuffing was lol.
I've never been this early, almost first! I haven't even heard the podcast yet but always enjoy! Hope Andrew is feeling better.
Kaya’s first Thanksgiving story was the most wholesome thing ever
I love when Charlie has an opinion he prefaces it with "...most people think..."
21:50 “so that Charlie fellow, he’s pretty short fellow right ?”💀💀😂😂
Kaya's Thanksgiving story was the highlight this episode for sure
Wow, one podcast for every single day of the year!

A year's worth of episodes, 365
Kaya has gotten so much more expressive over the past month I’m loving it
Companies used the inflation from the pandemic as an excuse to permanently raise their prices. It's really lame.
They also keep using that pandemic excuse for why their products suck ass
even companies with record sales. I also noticed literally everywhere asks for a tip now - even if they didn't before the pandemic.
Lmao!! My best friend doesn't remember going to watch Joker with me either 😂.
the whole thing about getting fast food and it also tasting bad is just double sadness lmao
American patriot Kaya is so sick. He gets it now
"It" really does depend on which part of America you are living in lol. LA is hell lol
Yo, Charlie knows about Casshern Sins!! Also, Turkey is great but you have to do a lot more care. Brines, rubs, smockers, and tying the legs and wings into the right position so everything cooks close to perfect.
"Are we still at my 'Things that I like'?" broke me 😂

Great episode boys
Bruh the dollar menu is like the 3 dollar menu, McDicks calls it Great Value Menu and has $1 $2 $3 on it. It's fucking 3.59 for a Mcchicken and get another for a dollar. The first one should be a dollar they fleecing us for their shitburgers. Unironically just cooking despite not being in the mood to cook because I can't bring myself to pay so much for garbage.
Hopefully these shady practices will drive more people to home cook cuz it saves a ton of money and you get higher quality food that doesn't leave you feeling like shit
Love listening to Kaya talk about his wife’s grandma 🥰
i love that charlie sneezes with his mouth open now lol
"The part that fucks me in half"
I need to start using that 😂
365 days of excellent pods
Going to have to disagree with Charlie on service fee making sense, the service fees, delivery fees, and any other fee charged doesn't go to the driver, the driver makes a flat rate of like $2 per order and the rest of their pay is subsidized by tips - so the service fee doesn't make too much sense whenever the driver sees none of it and prices of items ordered are already inflated as well.
When you get the tip revoked, it doesn't get taken out of the drivers paycheck, the company just eats the costs.
Cornbread casserole/stuffing/cornbread dressing are three different dishes I'm in the south Louisiana
Charlie will only be immersion-scared by a bad ayahuasca trip.
that title is really good.
Can attest even over in the UK we went to see Paranormal Activity 1 or 2 at cinema and fucked around, the whole crew from my kick boxing gym went, and I remember the whole cinema laughing when the baby was levitating around, good times.
You gotta be inventive with the turkey, my brother makes a smoked turkey every year it’s fantastic

operation scare charlie has a tangent i wanted to talk about, they mention games that made them feel emotion or something and then i remembered charlie's "saddest game i ever played" video about before your eyes and if he considers that the saddest game he played then imagine he plays OMORI because ita actually emotionally traumatizing at least for me it was.
I loved hearing about Kaya's thanksgiving experience it was genuinely heartwarming ❤
I once worked in a New Orleans style restaurant in Australia. The cornbread and gumbo was amazing. Jackson get some cornbread down your neck! It’s great for dipping in meat sauces or gravy but by itself it’s a slightly sweet but savoury experience. Make sure you get prawns with your gumbo too.
The Blair Witch Project, while not amazing by any means, was interesting to watch at least once. There's plenty of boring bits, and it isn't particularly good if you try to believe in the more supernatural interpretation, but one of the things I liked about it was that it did feel kind of real. Real as in a few college kids went out in the woods and died. It felt to me like THEY might have believed it was something supernatural happening, but to me it felt like a couple nosey out-of-towners were asking a few too many questions, and an almost-joke on them got taken too far. Like real people were following them and messing with them and killed them. I think that interpretation makes the movie more interesting and potentially scary. That said, I totally understand if you hate on the movie. It's not amazing. But, like I said, it's interesting to see at least once, if for nothing else than its importance in the genre.
The Blair Witch Project is hands down the scariest movie I've ever watched. But for me it's cause of the supernatural element cause I was a young kid who actually lived in a haunted house. That movie and Paranormal Activity hit me fucking hard, no other horror movies came even close since I couldn't relate to them.
I’m glad they brought in AI Andrew to keep his memory alive after his horrific death.
It's funny because my parents are immigrants from Asia. They cook all year round healthy food for lunch and dinner, a full course and balanced meal. When Thanksgiving comes around, my mom does the exact opposite of what most people would do in America then; buy take-outs, fast food, and junk food in general.
With the horror movies. The only movie that still unnerved me to this day is Annihilation. The bear that steals the girls voice after ripping her throat out and whenever the bear roars you can hear a distorted version of the girls voice. It's the only thing that still unnerves me to this day.
Mat pat's film theory on the Blar witch is insane if you watch the movie following the theory it makes the movie genuinely terrifying.
I would get it if Dream kept using the mask in a branding sort of way, it is recognizable and the simple design is great for merchandising.
Trying to "undo" his face reveal just screams insecurity tho.
Edit: Well, insecurity mixed with a desperate need for attention.
No one goes out in public with a full mask on without wanting to be noticed.
we all know he is
Can he undo his public figure reveal and stop going online?
He faked a case study from a Harvard professor to "prove" a Minecraft speedrun was legitimate only to admit to cheating a year later, Dream and insecurity go together like PB&J
at 1:02:54 that genuine hard laugh from Kaya did my soul good on this trying day
Portal 2s my favorite too😭😭😭😭 me and Brady gotta join up sometime
The difference between stuffing and dressing is stuffing is cooked inside a turkey while dressing is cooked on its own
I don't really understand Charlie's point about the 19 yo dating a 17 yo argument.
The whole argument is about the age gap and he's using Dream's position as a content creator and idol to justify why it's not okay for a 19 yo to date someone with an age gap of 2 years. I don't get it at all, these are completely different issues that aren't correlated with one another.
This kind of power dynamic is creepy regardless of the age gap, that being said. You shouldn't use your position as a celebrity to hook up with people.
2 regular people with a 2 yr gap isn't necessarily creepy or weird, but in Dream's case it definitely is because we all know that mf would be lonely forever if it wasn't for his status
what about groupies lmao
I'm happy andrew has returned and I'm happy kaya likes the Thanksgiving and i really enjoyed operation to scare charlie i love when charlie play horror games it's one of my favorites 🧔🏻♀️
People who's wage depends on tips are gambling.
I don't enable gamblers.
I'm going to blow your minds. Servers make way more from tips than they would if they were paid a livable wage without tips.
Servers will figgt the abolition if tips tooth and nail because they make so much money from them. They'd have to make like 20 dollars an hour or more to match what they make from tips.
They just use their small paychecks as a gaslight to make people sympathetic and tip more. The paycheck is usually small because the taxes from their yips are reflected in the paycheck. So if they work 40 hours and the paycheck says something like $20, that means they made a lot of money because they paid over $200 in taxes.
On the topic of scary video games, for me personally no game has scared me more than Subnautica. That's a game that basically lives on you being scared throughout the entire adventure.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. Thanksgiving is hands down the best holiday. You get together with family, eat a lot of food and enjoy each other's company. It's simple, no stress of getting gifts or any of that stuff, just getting food, cleaning up, and having a nice relaxing day. And leftovers, the added bonus.
Oh thank god the official Boys are back I can finally stop edging!
You can make pretty good turekey if you prep it right. My parents made a tasty turkey this year. I actually couldnt believe it.
Sounds like Charlie needs to experience alien isolation in VR.
shoutout Andrew and Jackson for being LAD/Yakuza fans, its nice to know that guys i like like games i like (ignore the accidental tounge twister)
I'm the same as Charlie no media actually scares or unnerves me I don't think that is so weird pretty sure it's desensitization and maybe because me and Charlie fear our own deaths far more that media just doesn't effect us as much
