Those were the days when West Indies cricketers did not cause heartburn/heartbreak.... The batters and bowlers played and worked for the better good of their professional responsibilities to the Caribbean/West Indies region.....
Well I wouldn’t say that my friend these days is T 20 & this is the fast future but you are right in past we had classy telnets player’s but these days it’s all Money no skill Required as long as you hit the Ball you become Rich

@@mrmunna9072 the game today is probably a little flashier, the skill level is off the charts.....but, but, a bowler of extreme pace(mitchell johnson), bounce(kyle jaimeson) of skill in spin bowling(ashwin/lyon) will run through a team today like they weren't there. I mean we saw mitchell johnson literally have south africa and england running for their lives, bowling 150-153kmph. The west indies had three bowlers capable of regularly bowling those speeds and at times higher and i think they would really enjoy bowling in this era. the fundamentals of batsmanship have gone completely. Everybody thinks they can hook 90mph+ bowling and they get out or injured, whereas there was the tacit understanding in the 80s, 90s and early 2000s, that some bowling was too quick to hook or pull. Nobody uses their feet facing spin bowling anymore. lyon's success against india would have been unconscionable 15 years ago. And he is not the only spinner india has struggled with

It breaks my heart to see WI cricket and their home crowd in 2024. If I was a Jeff Bezos type billionaire, I would pump money into the infrastructure to get it back. I love Jofra Archer, but he should have played for WI
Mike Atherton who was captain at the time and Nasser Hussain who was a part of that squad have earned respect as commentars. Two of the very best in world cricket right now
RIP Graham Thorpe so sadly died this week. Curtly Ambrose is still my favourite bowler to this day.
I love these West Indians players 👍👌☝🏽
Sir Curtly means business. No smiles at the crease..

This is real cricket better than today's 😊😊
Just because it's a classic old match, doesn't make games of present day bad.
Objectively you're wrong, but you can have opinions.
@@monitor-mindtheover-void6712 maybe this guy and you are wrong as well. You both can have some opinions.
