For me, the Cybertruck warps reality in a way no other vehicle can. I've had mine since May as well, and I still get the "this is crazy" vibe every time I drive it.
How long after VIN assessment did it take for financing & getting it? I just got my VIN but haven’t seen any update on financing or receive date. I’m in the PNW so maybe it they take longer due to need to transport.
Great to hear from someone who has owned one for sometime. I test drove one recently (Dual Motor) and I was quite surprised by the size of the vehicle. It drove well, had plenty of power and I was really impressed with the performance of FSD, much better than my own HW4 Model Y. The salesman said that apparently that the recent build cybertrucks have an improved HW4, he did not elaborate on what was upgraded. Unfortunately it's not for me, it's too big and I can't see the benefits for my own situation. I do a lot of roadtrips and I have found the Model Y more suitable for my needs and I have even slept in the vehicle ~ a dozen times. I would be much more interested in a revamped Model X.
My two main disappointments are not getting the originally promised 500+ mile range which is crucial in the rural west (esp. for camping and towing) and the lack of a rear-view split screen mirror (again shown when announced).
I have to say , as a four year Model 3 owner, not even having the latest hardware or features that most newer Teslas have , still the best and most fun car I’ve ever owned. And I’ve always said, even going back to the 2012 Model S, people see Teslas and wonder why so many people buy them and have a smile on their faces, even though they don’t have the physical buttons, bells and whistles, and higher quality interior materials, even if they don’t think Teslas are the best looking vehicles, the best secret about them is what they don’t see, the software, and I might add the ease of use UI that anyone can use.

I still get giddy every time I see one going down the road, even though I am driving one.
Picking mine up Tuesday. Can’t wait.

@@1slyboy 2 weeks.
@1slyboy I want to think it was about five days or so after getting my VIN that Tesla reached out to me via the Tesla app to arrange payment.

it is definitely a big vehicle, but I am able to daily drive it without much thought. I could not drive my F150 Lightning every day,.
