I trust you will both find the strength and increased resolve in dealing with the conditions which afflict you, just as others in similar situations will find the same inspiration and peace of mind knowing they are not alone. Of course you are not defined by your disabilities, as you both clearly state, but it is helpful to understand and appreciate all the myriad of impacts the disabilities have on your personal and emotional lives, above and beyond the physical impacts. i am very happy to see you both taking time to chart your own course and future, rather than be passive passengers.
