Happy to see the comments about kerala... Most thing that kerala is still natural friendly is the lack of industries & factories. Kerala government are not encouraged to construct any type of industries in kerala which reduce pollution where as in our neighbouring states tamilnadu & karnataka are the top industrial areas in india.. What is the merit we r able to enjoy our nature as we can but skilled engineers and workers are not getting job in kerala due to lack of industries.. They migrate to other states, gulf, england, canada and other parys of world.. We keralites are sacrificing our life by working different parts of the world.. Hope u r enjoying kerala thank u. Sep to Jan should be good.. though during rains it even looks more beautiful but might be risky or closed too due to high risk. We visited in Nov.. there was flood a day back.. upon our arrival the weather was little clear and got the best look!

Rainforest Resort, what a place....I just checked the tariff now, it's just Rs. 24k per night plus taxes...when we went in 2017 it was Rs. 42k plus taxes a night...I guess coz of COVID...my son is all of 7 now, he still calls Kerala Paradise..for the life of him he never calls Kerala, Kerala...only paradise...

I travelled just 5 days before to attirapalli falls but it's not so much heavy water flow as featured in this video.
You should go in the rainy season. Currently it is dry season and water will be comparatively less.
