Thank you very much. I'm using the Gaggia brera, and even after changing the grinder motor, the symptoms of failure persisted, so I found out the cause after checking the video. Thank you for bringing the coffee machine back to life.

Ur videos are amazing hopefully you can help me out. When making a coffee I am getting water dripping from under the machine on the left side where the water tank is. I can always show you a video. Hopefully you can help me to the right part. Thanks

Thank you for this video and the ebay store for the coffee dispensing tube. Without it, my 2008 Saeco Odea would be useless - and unfortunately you can't buy anything like it new anymore. Your videos allowed me to diagnose and fix the issue. I'll note that I also bought the part from another store to try to get it faster and it arrived broken, but yours came carefully wrapped and no problems despite traveling halfway around the world! THANK YOU!

Hello from Tasmania Australia, thank you for sharing your great knowledge and skills, I have a Saeco Magic Comfort and the steam function doesn’t work properly, it creates a fault in the boiler and have to wait until it cools down to restore normal operations. Are you able to provide any feedback on this issue. Thank you in advance

Any explanation on how this needle and seat pressure valve portafilter is supposed to work. It appears that when mine is at rest, the needle is open. I would think it should be closed until nine bar pressure is reached. Mine seems open all the time.

Hello Miroslav. I have this now even older machine and unsure if this is my issue since my cofee is weak. If I remove the side cover i can stick my finger up into the shute. At the 90 degree corner towards the grinder unit I can feel a thin horisontal plate with coffee below and over. First coffee, then a thin plate and then coffee again above that. Should that plate be there or is this then maybe a part of this wall thats loose making problems? Also do you by any chance have the part number for the shute?

Hello good man. Very good video and very useful. But the problem I have isn't between the one you mentioned. Maybe you can help me. I have a Saeco Minuto. Not very new... The motor is just like you have. Plastics from around the motor is a little bit different. The motor starts and stops every half of second. Even when the machine is turned off. Only plugging it to socket and it starts the grinding to start and stop every half a second. I removed the grinding motor and checking with a multimeter it shows that even with the machine off, only plugging in, I have 102-103 V power to the motor. And I am from Europe, my coffee machine works on ~220V. Any idea on what could be the problem...?

Well done, it helped me clean fix the filter after 5-6k coffees they really needed a fix :)

I replaced the sensor following you, but it still shows fill water and never resets even if you fill it up. Do I need a new circuit board?

Hi Your videos are great and very helpful. My brewgroup keeps getting stuck with a clicking noise. I thought it was the brewgroup motor so I replaced it with a new one but the clicking and brewgroup still gets stuck. Gears look good and are not broken. Any thoughts

I was playing with it for an hour and did not manage to find out how to place that plastic stuff on the grinder. I knew i have to take off the cogwheel but cound not find out how. Thank you so much, you are a blessing :) A piece was broken off the plastic part. And i have also found a lot of water scaling, insanr amount which was clogging it. Now its perfect again.

March 23/24: thanks for the video! Unfortunately after changing out the o-rings, the steamer still leaks like before. I even went back and removed the valve again and added a little seaco grease to them to help ensure they seated properly. No leaks from the pump inside…. the machine just leaks from the steam wand when under pressure. Any suggestions on where else to look??

Thank you very much for the video bit I have another issue with the motor. My motor does not stop or works almost all the time and stop in short time. But this working stage is not a full power turning just like a weaker turning. It if you run the grinder motor tongrind it starts turning harder and louder. When it supposed to stop after grinding it does not support. What isnthe element I need to change in electronic board? Do you have any idea?

The motor is DC right? Can I test it with external 220 V ?

Hi Miroslav, thank you very much for all your Saeco related videos - I found them really really helpful (and money saving as well :) ) I am struggling with water dripping from steam wand during coffee brewing (even in standby mode) on my Odea machine. So far I've descaled machine 3 times, changed all O-rings in the steam valve, brew unit and related parts, checked flowmeter, even changed the shaft/needle which is inside steam valve from another machine BUT still no luck. The only thing that prevents dripping water from wand is to release some steam (water) before brewing coffee..What do you think I should look at?
