Although I don’t agree with arcade1up’s I think you’re a cool dad for making an arcade for yourself and your kids. And I respect you for not shilling Arcade1Up. Seems like you genuinely wanted to just make a game room as this will be your last video of the arcade. Respect to you
Fantastic work. Love seeing the dedication of time and resources from someone who has a family, work and kids like myself. I just can’t get with the arcade1ups personally - they’ve never felt genuine enough for me.
Thanks. I greatly appreciate the kind words. It's nice when I get a comment that understands kids and work when factored into free time, lol. We started our TH-cam channel as just a side hobby and also a way for our distant relatives to check in on some of the things we were up to. I totally understand how you feel about the Arcade1ups. At first, I didn't mind dealing with their mediocre controls, screens, marquee, etc, but with their price increases and poor customer service, I'm close to done as well. Also, I was really disappointed with their CES lineup, just more of the same mediocre stuff, lol. I'm a sucker for MK, so if they do release an MK4, I would pick it up even though it would probably disappoint, lol
At this point it's museum worthy bro. 😂 Do not touch, you break, you buy if you know what I'm saying. But that's a good thing. They didn't do a good job with gaming preservation, but it's a big deal to us. I was born in 1980. So your setup is A+ to me all the way, but respect the game room for sure.
cool room bro....i had my upstairs arcade super pimped out...i have since moved ...my arcade is now in my basement...have only been here a year... ( have a video of it on here what ive done so far) have a ton to do yet...some of your decorations gave me some ideas..good stuff man
Wow so much time, work and money went into it! Awesome game room! Looks really good! 👍. Also really cool to see the super scope, power glove and virtual boy. Been a long time since I've seen those
If I could one suggestion I saw you had a sign that says game over. Move that to the area Uptop as you're going down you're steps to leave the attic it'd be a nice little touch
Hey I’ve noticed in your other walk throughs you don’t talk about your Simpsons arcade cabinet lol. That was going to be my first one because it’s pretty cheap at $200. Do you like The Simpsons arcade? Would you have bought it again? Also, you seem to maybe know about this - I found my Sega Genesis, Nintendo 64, and Xbox console and games - do people buy these things? Not that I’d sell it I’m just curious to know of the value today… thanks
Yeah, I enjoy the Simpsons cabinet. That's a fantastic price for it too. There's also a pretty easy mod that you can do to get the Turtles games on that cab too. Oh yeah, there's definitely a market for those items. I'd definitely hang onto them, im kicking myself for some of the items I've gotten rid of in the past
I’m glad you two have a budding bromance - count me … out! Got excited to watch this video until mere seconds in when I saw the door open up and the Domers ra-ra. Nearly threw up in my mouth and had to shut it down. Sorry guys and one more thing - Fight On!
Awesome game room man great work. You definitely have some of the classics in there. Fantastic job it looks amazing. I threw up a video of mine if you're interested. I like hearing feedback.
Absolutely understandable and this is definitely my last video tour for sure. Might do stand alone game stuff down the road, we'll see. The Mario Plant was from Amazon I believe.

My 12 year old mind is exploding! 🤯
Yeah, I pretty much take myself back to that eta only I drink beers with it now lol
This is amazing! Where did you find the SEGA sign shown at 4:00?
Sorry, I can't recall for sure, but I believe it was Etsy. Bought it close to two years ago.
A fellow gamer that is a Bulls, Dolphins and Irish fan??? Did we just become best friends

Very nice arcade room. Don't really trust people in this world to post my arcade room lol. Where did you get your Super Mario lightup plant from?
Absolutely understandable and this is definitely my last video tour for sure. Might do stand alone game stuff down the road, we'll see. The Mario Plant was from Amazon I believe.
Its a cool setup but but its wayyyyyyyy to cluttered.
