Now that you're a Hamilton fan, let me tell you that Deejay was backup for 3 main Hamilton characters (Hamilton, Lafayette and another I can't remember) before shutdown. I have a gut feeling he might try to go back there instead of joining VP, I hope I'm wrong! 💕🤩.

It takes several viewings to even see half of what's going on in the background. :) It's the gift that keeps on giving. As to Geoff, he is of course a lot older than those boys so his voice is richer and deeper anyway.
The original members are about the same age.

We don't put Voiceplay Home Free or Pentatonix on the radio for one simple reason. Geoff... Tim... Avi. Yes I would love to hear an F1 note held on a car subwoofer. But I guarantee it would feel like someone was standing on you.
Take notice to Layne with the carrot. That is his trademark since the band was in its infancy. At the end of their Halo song when Scott Porter was giving his tribute to a fallen comrade it showed some photos of them. I believe Layne was holding a carrot in his hand.
I don't think they could have had more fun than they did. I was waiting for the fan and the carrot and it was so great to see them. Cesar has such sass with that fan
Layne has been using the carrot since the band was in its infancy. It must be his trademark.
The studio is Pattycake Productions Studio owned by Tony Wakim (former VP baritone) and Layne Stein. So playing pattycake was appropriate. I'm sure that Cesar's fan. Layne loves doing practical jokes with those carrots. You'll see them from The Grinch, forward.

first of all I love Gator mike reacts and I missed you and I'm glad you're back. I would love to listen to acapella on the radio I think that would be a killer radio station to listen to voice play home Free and all the other acapella groups out there it would nail it

I highly suggest they're Boy Bands in 5 Minutes Medley. They cover another BTS song in that and Eli actually sings it in Korean (he learned Japanese and spent some time over in Japan so they said Korean wasn't that far off). Love the reactions! I lovingly call them man children and especially in this video.
I agree that they are great and worthy of the radio. the main problem is that none of the groups want to deal with the baggage that comes from a record label (PTX was with Sony for a while but I think they dropped them). getting radio play is very hard and usually requires a lot of politics and buttering up of people (pun not intended). this is hard for small groups to due and without it the radio is a pipedream. this also goes for like Billboard chart ratings and stuff because in addition to needing the radio, not having the a major label to advocate (and close door deal) on your behalf means that you will always be on the outside looking in. Franky I don't mind not having them on the radio, it allows for them to be far more personal and human. you will see the A Capella groups in the chat talking during video premiers, replying to comments on the own videos, active on social media and heck even commenting on reactions like this one. most major radio acts almost never have the time or clearance to do any of the above. look at the community built on Paterson and around their music it is human, personable and dynamic and I think that is better than having radio success and just a generic "fan army". sorry for the book but it is a question I have rustled with a lot. (although despite what I said I still wanted Hone Free God bless with Lee to chart and win awards, I will always be salty about that).

There is so much more to BTS than 3 English pop songs, even more than the huge number & varieties of songs they've release over the last 10 years. One of my favorite reasons to love and respect these young men comes courtesy of the United Nations, UNICEF, and BTS's (literal) genius leader when he was only 19-years-old:

My favorite video and song right now that I hope you react to is Home Free Land of the Free! It is an awesome Tim Foust (bass) original, and Home Free vocal version is so fun! It is my favorite summer video that I play repeatedly.

The bigget hurdle they have to getting their music on the radio......radio is for the recording industry to sell records and promote their stars.......Voiceplay cuts out the middle man and does everything themselves, no B.S., no payola....>^^
