Yet another broken classic. What's the world of second hand guitars coming to? Sounds like the rolling stones doing a cover of back in the user. Just saying. 1\2 the price for a half a guitar such a deal. Should have waited and have a BOGO sale for both of them SGs.

I didn't know wether to laugh, cry or faint when i first saw this. and yes, the wife hassled me for acting up. I bought the same axe for $150 in '75 with a graft for the heel repair. My rec to whomever buys this, do NOT take off the pickup covers. Yes, it will look cooler (BTO style) but the tone will change. Some say the mids get increased. For me, i lost the Bite.
I got a 1982 Les Paul standard for less than half price because it was routed for a Kahler... yea, the hole is worth the sound lol. That guitar was actually made like 8 days after Mark was born funny enough

I used to do yard work over at Paul Stanley’s house.
Ever since my mom bought me my first real guitar for my 12th birthday, a 91 sg standard, ive loved them. Well i guess it started before then with angus and then tony. Oh and ps, neck heels vary widely depending on era and model, junior, standard, special, studio what have you. Not a big deal for some folks but i have found some of the older ones feel weird to me after becoming used to the more modern feeling of my 90s standard. Just a little food for thought if you're thinking of one especially if its something you aren't going to get to play first.
It would sure look good sitting next to my 62.... my guitar has a neck re-set. Hi Jen

Play almost any record of the 60s, especially Surf. When Hendrix wanted OD, he used a pedal to make the clipping... If your hearing overdrive distortion on everything, your stereo sucks.
