_"The shaky footage are those people using their phones/cameras without the stabilisation"_
Even without stabilisation (of any kind) you can still take perfectly good, stable video, it's not a lack of equipment, most of these auditors have the latest 4k super-HDR Samsung / iPhones, mounted on the latest gimbals or rigs (etc etc), it's simply that they don't know the basics of filmmaking / videography, of course no one is expecting high production values or Hollywood level quality, but most of them don't understand the very very basics, they don't understand that most shots are next to useless if the camera is constantly panning back and forth and back and forth and zooming, and then panning while zoomed in, and back out a little, and then swinging around the shot ('hosing the scene') and on and on, constantly moving.
No such thing as an upper echelon. Auditors aren't real, are they. They're man-babies creating minor scuffles so they can scoff and guffaw about it on the internet. What a pointless bunch of fatherless spastics. What sort of a man does this.... actually, what sort of a man follows this?
Always more entertaining when you find the right sort of participants. They allow DJ to really perform.
They are like putty to his passive torments.

I worked here, it's a horrible place to work! 😡
There was , I believe , a hive mentality response amongst the workers who first approached you , the need to protect their territory overcame their ability to apply human reasoning, giving them the appearance of being an army of ants defending their disturbed nest , with you identified as the intruder .This audit reveals a disturbing shift in human awareness and sensitivity that should alarm us all .Sainsbury Distribution Centre management would do well to educate their staff on acceptable behaviour when dealing with the public. In addition this audit should be required viewing for all students of industrial psychology .
Very well said, and spot on.

I wouldn't @@Error_404_Not_Found_timed_out_. They're even worse at parking all over the place: on footpaths, blocking junctions, on double yellows, metres away from the kerb, totally unnecessarily forcing traffic into opposing traffic. I rarely see a police car park sensibly in these videos.

Off the boat and straight to Mitie Security... In spite of the new "Upskilling" requirements to retain an SIA licence and for new officers to be trained to the standard, there's a long way to go. Sickens me to be in the security industry.
Another good training video well done.
@@0WEN0AH I agree. on my top up there was a candidate who arrived with no proof of qualifications, first aid certificate etc, it took the tutor almost 45 minutes to help them find the emails with the attachment to then find that they had attended the wrong course, they needed the door supervisor course... I cannot fathom how they even managed to retain that licence in the first place,
On the second half there were 5 additions of candidates, all Nigerian / Asian or whatever with the same lack of ability to communicate in English who were there as they failed the exam first time round.
I thought that the top up was to weed out those who couldn't meet the criteria, certainly in the case of the door supervisor course.
This all stems from the Manchester bombings where the security officers on site had no ability to communicate via 2 way radio, or communicate in English, no idea of the venue for fire escape routes etc. etc.
The list goes on.....And still they arrive and apply for a job which inexplicably they get .........

It always makes me laugh, these companies who employ these people don’t give a toss about these low paid workers…but the workers would happily lay down their lives for the company 😂
its more like finally a bit of actual security work for once, so get all excited and make the most of it as possible.
they were all dummies
I've been saying this for ages, these company bosses must be laughing their ar5es off having low payed staff defending their company. Back in the day no one gave a toss as long as they Got payed on a friday
The private property line wasn't at the spot indicated. The change of tarmac color is done by previous earthworks for buried piping. The color difference is due to tarmac repair.
I know. They treat them like shit
DJ's skills at the game just keep intensifying and getting better and better. Wittyer, sharper, more knowledgeable, the list goes on. Deffinatly the best in the business - I'm sure the other auditors would agree.
I don’t know about that mate but it’s good fun sometimes 🤣🤣💚
@DJAUDITS Well, take it from the opinion of a fan who has watched you progress for some time now. Even the most seasoned fascist can't deal with you. It might sound like I'm being sarcy.. no mate I truly admire what your doing - standing up for the rights of the common man. ❤️ I'm a Leicester lad like yourself 💟Your improving mate honestly, the way you deal with them is getting even better than it was; its like your an architect who has been crafting his trade for so many years. I find incompetence at a company comes straight from the top and Adam is a perfect example of that incompetence.
Sainsbury's seems to equal clusterfuck.
Adam and Co are nowhere near "the top " in pay grade ,standing or education.
@@sbh344 Adam is the top as far as his goons are concerned. Corporate goons typically don't see any further up the chain than their direct report. And I'm guessing Adam's boss is probably fit to be tied.
Lol I have just come across this channel and you are so annoyingly calm, fair, polite, correct, reasonable, patient, correct, funny, correct….. you get the point.
I think you are setting a perfect example how to interact with people.
If I was a manager and you came up to me and asked the way you normally I’d be more than happy to say yes 😂.
I’ve only recently got myself a drone, OP ID/flyer ID and if this ever happens to me I will be taking your style of approach.
Brilliant content you have a new sub!
4:15 So the woman and the male employees tell DJ to leave. Security tells DJ to wait "here". They don't seem to know what they are doing. I would call that incompetence.
Why are the employees doing anything with security of the facility? Is it because the security officers dont know the law?
Those female security guards were a disgrace. Fat old boilers, tattoos. Didn't know the law or company policy.
Totally over the top with the confrontation towards DJ as always lol! 😂
@@PreservationEnthusiastFirst time in their ,Ives they had the opportunity to assert their control...they loved it! Until one day they may see it and understand the level of embarrassment they displayed. 😂

So Sainsbury's paint double yellow lines on a public road the staff need to be trained how treat the public and not swear at them.
Discracefull behavior of employees and security! Adam was an itiot as well
Adam the orange vest bloke is hilarious! Especially during the drone conversation when he couldn't look DJ in the eyes. He didn't know what to do with himself. Obviously used to minions following his orders and he couldn't cope when someone refused to comply while he was wearing his 'magic vest'. Priceless. When casual filming of staff causes such panic you start wondering if you should be tipping off border force to come check right to work statuses or something.
Why ?
Shut up. You bigot.
The worst behaviour was from the white people.
Stop using these videos to spew your thinly veiled racism.

I will never ever be able to understand why is in the human nature to be so paranoid of filming /photographing!!
If you go into any Town / City centre we all are being filmed. And more cars have dash cams. These people are just being assholes, They just don't want to be filmed working for Sainsbury's, probably told everyone they have some amazing job!
It has nothing to do with being filmed, it is about the controlling personality traits of the subject. Most people aren't bothered by a camera, but those who like to be in control and control others feel threatened by it and instinctively react, that is the psychology behind it.
Of all human objectives, territory is first then comes the power. It’s entrenched in human nature as well as all animals. That’s why people get defensive, your on their territory.
You're not on your own I can assure you.
It’s very very simple. They are worried about someone casing the joint. And filming weak security points.
i have a funny feeling its easy to pass the SIA Guards test
You are spot on 😂

As soon as they have no answers or are afraid to deal with something, they run away.
I just bought a drone on Sunday (Mini 3 Pro), because I wanted to do this exact same thing. Then TH-cam recommended this channel the day after.
WOW! Major agression and rudeness! Even the last guy wasn't the best and dodged the question about their exact property line. Yet the other agressive and rude employees deffinately believed you were on private property as did the security. The ones in orange think their big shots. “They’re SIA Licensed guards, they know what they’re doing okay” mate you are the best 😂
It was something like from the children's story called Chicken Licken where an acorn falls from the tree and Chicken Licken tells another bird, who tells another and before you know it there are birds hysterically flapping around saying that the sky is going to fall down as the message/situation quickly gets distorted. So the woman rudely approaches you, makes an assumption, escalates the situation and before you know it a cast of a thousand appear, hysteria ensues and things get so unnecessarily out of hand. As for Adam who is 'not going to get into an argument with you', it takes two to have an argument and as DJ is only asking and being calm in general, how can you have a one sided argument? Not their finest hour to showcase their Distribution centre IMO.
