I ran through your numbers and some others I had and came to the conclusion the difference is in the awarded rep from patterns. Wowhead and my calculations used 500x2 per week while you used 250x2 per week. I'm guessing you got the value of 250 from PTR which is somewhat confusing. Besides I found out that patterns is not twice a week but once every 3 days (according to wowhead) which means you will complete it 10x in the first 28 days instead of 8x . Another thing that wowhead claims at the moment is that the world boss only gives 200 rep now? I'm not sure if this hasn't been updated or I'm missing some information. So I'm not sure when you hit revered with out rares.

Might be worth noting in these types of videos if War Mode has any or no benefit to speeding up any section of the rep grinding process.
War mode has, at least to my understanding, never effected reutation gains. Only XP and gold rewards.
