She spent 18 months in jail and was completly innocent. Because like all the comments on this video she knows people treat anyone with addiction like total scum of the earth no matter what and took the deal. If she didn’t she would also be in for 15 years and she’s INNOCENT.
In case you missed it she passed the test. She didn’t shake the baby she didn’t hurt the baby and she didn’t know who did. She was working double shifts as a dancer and paying all the bills.

@@Blackjacksnapper it really doesn't calm them down as much as make them really focus on things. Like meth heads that take things apart for hours, clean for days, etc. That's been my experience anyway. I had my son on vyvance for a few months but I took him off it because he wasnt sleeping well and it seemed to be negatively affecting him.
@8balln8 killingu65 I can't speak for everyone but those pills were terrible for my son. He wasnt calmed down. He was obviously speedy, had trouble sleeping, lost his appetite... yeah he got his homework and household chores done, and was focusing in school but the negative effects outweighed the good. After looking into it more and realizing it's just pharmaceutical speed I took him off it and found better ways to help him focus.

Why was she sitting??? Steve never lets people sit in his chair when they're accused of crimes like this. Regardless of her passing, she failed to protect that precious baby, and now that poor baby will suffer her entire life because of it. When she said that they will know when they're old enough... I hope they do, and I hope they stay far away from her, and stick with the woman who gave up her life to save there's.

You can't but admire her aunt. She's not the youngest and she and her husband adopt a seriously injured 5month old child and her sibling.
When she said she fell in love with her baby the moment she saw her, struck a chord with me. That’s exactly how I felt when I gave birth to my daughter and finally saw her little face. I don’t understand how someone could hurt such a sweet innocent baby, let alone your own baby. It makes me sick to my stomach to think about.

She didn’t do it and didn’t know who did bc she didn’t see it or witness any of it even if you suspect it’s him if you don’t see it yourself you can’t say you know for sure ya know what I mean

The woman being accused is a friend of mine's sister and she told me that she knows the boyfriend personally and that he isn't the person to do that shit
That aunt is a saint. She saw a poor kid with tubes and abuse and loved them. No matter how much harder and more complicated it made her life (a lot) she took on the huge responsibility of raising someone else’s kid with love. Thankful people like her exist in this world.
I think everyone is being unfairly harsh to her. The injuries were found in such a short time of her hospital visits. If she was working constantly and trusted the child’s father to care for the baby and he didn’t she deserves to at least be in those children’s lives.

It doesn't matter who did it, the mom is always supposed to be the protector of their child. That baby came out of her... ...that baby resided near that mom's heart for 9 months.... listened to every beat.. its that mom's responsibility to always..ALWAYS keep that baby safe

Especially considering they thought she had or knew but didn’t the whole time. I’d be asking a lot more questions if I were her and her boyfriend in jail.
My question would be have you held back evidence regarding the abuse of your daughter? Cause if she is protecting someone I wouldn't let her be alone with the kids EVER. I dont know if i would even let her see them until teens.
Samantha D. I agree but she passed for all that. All I’m really saying is that I really thought she did it and was shocked at results. All of them. She genuinely doesn’t know what happened. The boyfriend took his chances fighting with not guilty plea. It is possible that they left the child with other people while getting or doing drugs, or whatever. I’d like to hear more details.

So what I'm hearing is, the biological mother didn't abuse, touch, or harm her child in anyway, wasn't aware her children were being abused, and had no play in it other then being with the wrong guy, has been denied even visiting her children for how long? How about her not being there and protecting her children. She looks sober now but she was definitely in active addiction when she caught those charges. The kids probably have horrible health problems and are better off without her coming in and out of their lives. There is no way she doesn't know anything and she had her rights terminated the day after she took that guilty plea. I honestly don't think she deserves to have a relationship with them

People like this disgust me, my 2 year old grandson just had brain surgery, because he was having seizures and he had a aneurism, it was all my son and husband could do to hold me back from hurting the person that did it. The Mother is guilty of neglect in failing to get medical help so yes her biological children will make their mind up at 18 but it might not be what she hopes.
She did get medical help she gave them the papers they just didn’t give her an X-ray till later to see what was actually going on

When my child was a baby I knew every freckle on her body 24/7 because she got lotioned from head to toe daily. Also, it's my JOB as a MOTHER to notice ANYthing that might HINT that she was uncomfortable in ANY way and to rectify it if she was!!! Oh my god I don't understand shaken baby syndrome!!!
