@@Digital_Zoey I bought the game because most people talk about the immersive mode and also I love game like metal gear solid V
Jack the difficulty to extreme and turn off everything, except the compass. in unguided you have to use your brain to figure out where your supposed to go instead of follow the big magic dot in the sky. The basic compass will guide you if your playing immersively instead of treating the experience like a call of dooty smash and grab. Where everything has to be done as fast as humanly possible. Hell ill take a whole play session on one mission traveling, planning out my tactics and executing the action. Games not going anywhere fast. Slow down, stay for a while.
Your method is probably the most fully immersive way to play. I tried this method once, taking my time and playing slowly... but for me, it was better for the game to be somewhat easy to play.
