Ace Combat Style Briefing

- Created this military style briefing for a mission made in Arma 3.
Made in the style of an Ace Combat Game pre-mission briefing using imaginary countries in an imaginary Europe.
Using the height map data of the Greek island of Lemnos I was able to make an accurate 3d model of the island.
This is a certified Turkey and Greece moment.

You have no idea how badly I wanted this to actually be a mission. I was getting that hyper focused feeling I used to get when I played Ace Combat 5 and Zero years ago. I had to remind myself that this isn’t real lol.

Yeah Ive first played Project Wingman, and then Ace Combat 7 for the first time... and damn, the mission structure of AC7 can be a bit of a mess, just like the story telling xD
It is still super fun though.

Thank you! After experimenting and building the map, rendering, writing, gathering voice work and editing it all together; about two weeks if I was working on it constantly. Replicating could be quite possible since I've laid the groundwork. 👀👀👀
(but easily might not be the right word for the process tho.)

The overlay and general video editing was done in Final Cut Pro, the 3D map was made in Blender 👌

@@eliasflood363 Yeah I know when it comes to compound Sony Vegas is the way to go, which is why TH-cam Poopers still use Vegas instead of Final Cut or Davinci Resolve. Though I did see a TH-cam Poop using Final Cut once
