It seems like an odd test. Seems like it could be shortened to "Do you occasionally forget humans are people and view them as chess pieces for you to move about the board?" .There are people who are imperious egotists, but there are people who rub people up the wrong way from not knowing the basics of social skills or just being horribly stressed in social interaction while being well-meaning. They would get a lot of the feedback of being a difficult person. And psychiatrists may tell you that you should be less invested in what other people think. One of the cognitive fallacies in CBT is 'mind-reading'.
Brett and I ended up with the same score of 37%! don’t feel like a failure on the test because if I had answered all the more negative questions positively, I would have felt like a psychopath. That’s not me and being cold and being anti social aren’t the same thing. I’m very much an ordered person and my being introverted reflects my need for internal discipline. I explained in a comment how it wasn't and people had an issue with that. Like no, these disorders are real and they are not something like clothes you can change or depression or anxiety you can ease. These people live with this and are constantly aware of it. You diminishing the very real affects this has on them is helping nobody.
