    I have this exact model. It's the most beautiful and nice playing guitar I've ever held. Will be my nr1 for a long time.

    It was cool to see this. My first PRS Is actually coming in the mail today :) so this was cool to see the day off

      @@AniJudaism cool! I had my eye on that one until I found this one on the used market. I think it has the same pickups, so it should sound the same as mine. It’s a wonderful guitar!

      @@justinbishopmusic yeah. I was gonna go with the custom but I noticed the only difference was the wood and where it was made so I said “I’ll save myself a little money” the pickups and everything else but the finish and wood were the same.

    I have two SE Custom 24s, and I’d echo everything you say here. And those are some mighty tasty note choices at 6:50!

    That guitar sounds great! I love how they look, too. I just don't like thin necks, they don't feel "right" to me. BTW, it would be really helpful if you could describe neck profiles in all your reviews, for those of us who can't go try one.

    • @justinbishopmusic
      @justinbishopmusic  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks, and thank you for the suggestion. They call it a “wide thin” neck, but it doesn’t seem all that thin to me. It’s only slightly thinner than the Les Paul, but otherwise feels very similar. Definitely not as thin or flat as an Ibanez RG I had years ago. I’ve never played a Fender, but online, people say it’s similar to their Modern C. I have a 9.5” spread from thumb to pinky if I stretch my hand, and this neck profile feels like home.

      Here are some specs I found. mooreguitars.com/prs-neck-carves It’s amazing how you can feel a difference of such small measurements.

    If I had seen this vid first I wouldn't have asked in a comment vid, "How do you like your PRS? SE?" YEAH, ypur amazing..... had a PRS SE Hollow Body Tobacco Burst in mind meOWNself!! As I commented, you get great tone from all your guitars. Ahhh I like fixed bridge. I think Epi and that other company's coil splitting...ahhh...isn't so great. Originals not Modern I lean towards BUT who's not to follow Maestro Carlos Santana's lead? Thank you for your input Justin!

      It really is very versatile, and when I'm just practicing in the evenings, I reach for this one because I can quickly go from sounding like a Les Paul to Strat, etc. But...I'm still not going to sell my other guitars! It gets close, but not quite!

    Its not difficult to do, inner coils in parallel, out of phase.
