Info is valuable but reality is different. Reality is the moment these agencies see you require sponsorship or you already dont have valid work permit. Even if you are ready self sponsor that also wont work unless you are a Irish citizen/EU citizen/stamp 1g or 4 holder.They just dont bother about you. You wont hear back from them.
