Not to mention the logical side of persons understanding how dangerous and unsafe this is. If a 16 yo is willingly trying to do this with no practice then rather than looking at them to blame, look at their parents and anyone who raised him to do something like this without proper training and worry for others. This guy drives so well because his first thing he's doing is looking out for others, using how they drive to his advantage, you can find videos of people who do this very skillfully and they are almost immediately looking out for pedestrians and other vehicles. Can't run from the cops if you crash.
