As a cop in NYC I can confirm this is a real video We are not allowed to technically pursue anyone unless the car or the driver were involved in a shooting/robbery etc .. As soon as we put over a car chase, a boss goes on the radio and tells us to terminate it 90% of ppl that run on us , escape /- but it’s not worth our careers or innocent ppl getting killed cause some idiot doesn’t want to stop The only punishment for the driver would be if we were to obtain the license plate of the car , a complaint report gets done for reckless endangerment and detectives eventually arrest u But if there is no plate you have nothing to worry about.

Radar detector is not a cop car detector but I agree, you can get good enough at doing this that you rarely will encounter police (and if you do you'll most likely be aware they may be there so behaving). If this dude comes to LA he's not gonna be so lucky. CHP is like the NYSP charger where they'll just chase at 150mph no problem. The LA sheriff can have a chopper on you in 7 minutes MAX, LAPD chopper takes 4 minutes MAX, Anaheim and Fullerton PD chopper takes about 4. Orange County Sheriff takes about 7 MAX. Sidenote for LA Sheriff, if you run in Lancaster or Lakewood they'll get a chopper in about 2 minutes from the first pursuit call because they have dedicated helicopters to patrol just those 2 cities. There are more police agencies that only have helicopters at night, so those are about 2 minutes away as well. All of this is also assuming the news chopper doesn't get their first, because they could be getting an aerial shot for a story, and hear you running on their scanners. Also in the most unlucky and unlikely scenario, you run from CHP while they have a plane doing radar. They call that puppy on you and it'll follow you to the state line, speed is no issue for it. They don't do spikestrips like the East Coast. They used their Search and Rescue money to get a helicopter, and they are damn well gonna use it.
It's wild how well you control the car. Sure it's unsafe, dangerous, I don't condone driving like this, yadayada, but you clearly know how to drive. When i a kid, I used to run from cops all the time. One day out in NJ I didn't cover my plate and was out when the boys tried to holla. Two weeks later I got like five serious tickets in the mail where i had to get a lawyer due to jail concerns. To prove my innocence, since the cop never got me, the lawyer wanted 20k. To plead guilty 5k. Real scary moment in my life. I didn't have 20k so I had to gamble with what my 5k could get me, which ended up being staying out of jail. Point of the story is sometime trying to prove your innocence can have more serious consequences and associated cost. At 20k if i lost the fight, that's would of been my ass. At 5k we went straight into a plea agreement.

That porsche still slow just nypd slower
@@Rayman-qt5tvslow??? Do you want him to go 200? Lol
it’s the nypd, they have this new method of policing where they don’t give a shit if you take more than 15 minutes of their time.
might be a cop himself.
You just know that cop was SCREAMIN for backup in the first video lmao
He probably thought he had it in the bag
@@tragzz "oh yeah we're in the city, there's traffic now, I got him boys..." It's all fun and games until this guy hits the highway
I wonder how many cops have blown thier stack trying to chase this guy!😂😂🤣🤣
They probably got a whole drawing board for him. Hahaha.

I like how he loses the cops every time, impressive.
This is honestly one of the best videos currently on yt...running from the cops, damn good driving skills, a sexy sounding car, and zero fks given!! It's everything I could ever ask for
Kind of a shame you can only do this in NYC. If you were anywhere else they'd have swat and helicopters heattracking your ass forever. In NY they just cut off the chase and are like , nah aint worth it lmao
U thought the cop was real💀
Yay for endangering others!
This is so stupid and an insane waste of gas, He should just pull over
@@nicholashutchinson5663not in chicago they don’t
careful bro if the cops don't get u the new york potholes will 😂
I'm practically having an anxiety attack just watching this. I wouldn't survive trying to run from the cops.
Panic is what usually gets you caught from bad decisions. Leading is way easier then chasing.
@@r1sabotage leading is the fun part:)
Gotta go on the road you know where you can push your car and hide, just be smart as soon as you loose sight of the cops hide, if he behind longer a minute or so, he's got your plate
Don't run from the cops if you still want your car, and if you do be smart about it
probably my favorite vid on youtube no cap
I like how people are saying he’s a good driver. But if this was anywhere down south they would’ve pitted him within the first 10 seconds lol
That’s why he’s doing this in the city
Not on crowded city streets like that. More risk of endangering the public especially if he didn't commit a serious offense. More than likely he woulda got blocked by another patrol car along the route.
I lived in the Carolina’s most of my life, on those narrow back roads with no street lights they are not catching a Porsche 😂
@@RaneBoDasch NYC probably has a no chase law.
@@johnmosesbrowningsrightnut8642 That's how it is for most major cities. There are certain circumstances where they will aggressively continue a pursuit but they will also call in air support and set up road blocks which are much safer than relying on a pit maneuver.
He’s so calm and collected. If ur not like that then don’t run from cops. You need to be level headed and know the roads and where u needa go

The only state you probably couldn't get away away this in is Arkansas ! LOL, the troopers there would actually drive as fast as you, even attempt to pit you at 100+ and probably think it was so fun, they are wild ....
Arkansas isnt a concrete jungle dummy
I'm pretty sure TROOPERS anywhere would be ecstatic to pursue you. City cops aren't allowed to because of potential civilian casualties.
All it takes is for one driver doing something unexpected and they're both dead.
Mexico is so crazy I have to visit, thanks for showing Mexico in video. I love mexico I wanna visit you which is where you recorded this video. Nice scenery of mexico, sending love from the USA enjoy Mexico and posting your videos there in Mexico! Viva mexico!
I seen that part of Mexico before definitely not USA they have old boot leg cop cars with NYPD on them they need to take those off and put mexico policia on it.
Yeye i used to live in that zone, thats Monterey in Sacramento. Old police cars over there have the nypd badge on them because theyre mexicans
