    Just started doing the samething to my 1974 TC100. Little different engine, with the rotary valve, but many parts are the same. Thanks so much for your detailed video. It is a great help !

    I own a Suzuki TS125. Mine luckily only needs a new clutch, head gasket and oil pump adjustment. Even though I’m not a mechanic, your videos have encouraged me to do everything myself. Thanks

    with the seal on inside hows that bearing get oil seems like someone put it together wrong and like you said it would get hot. are we sure this is together right but it seems like you have done this many times

    • @2strokeguru
      @2strokeguru  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      the inside seal sees oil from both sides engine oil from the bearing side and fuel mix on the other crank produces heat from friction and so does the bearing so the seal gets more heat that the outer crank seal

    Nice tear down, very informative, do not try this @ home unless you are a professional. I ruined my first 74 kawasaki F11 250 in 1978 due to lack of experience.😞

    Hey Kevin! I was thinking of Ur offer from our last phone call. I don't know if U remember the Honda 50 that was in the shed. Someone put a really, I mean really, really ugly purple and yellow paint job on it.... Anyway, I believe it is complete. If U r coming down my way, U can pick it up and drop off my kawasaki.... If U still want to loose the quad with the china hand clutch on it, I would love it. About scooters... My son wants to get his Yamaha Raz brought back to life, it has low compression and the carb has had a lot of amateur hands on it... Maybe U can work some magic on it... Let me know what U think.... Thanks Bud, Happy Thanksgiving to U and Ur family! BTW, I save too many containers and nice video on the engine teardown, I use a jewelers screwdriver to free up cylinder rings...

    I have a question: The clutch on my TS requires a lot of power to use. I know it is worn out and will need to be replaced. Could this be the reason, or could the problem be the springs?

    After watching him go to town with a deadblow instead of a rubber mallet ..i no longer have faith or trust in this "guru"

    • @2strokeguru
      @2strokeguru  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That is what a mallet is for now if I use a steel hammer 🔨 I would have destroyed it but that soft hammer did very well and been doing this for 35 years with out issues worked on 1000s for bikes yeah im good
