Id love to know what build people are using for 4-5 hours resets o.O
Also, unless you have a very well built account, don't go for countess nests, they are not good against bullet sponge without a piercing mod (that makes you deal less damage), or controlled burn, that requires you to use other towers or even other characters to deal with it.
If you don't want a headache, go for dryad with nimbus.
Controlled burn lanes are one of the easiest lanes. Poison/Earth and forget.
Also these AP resets are using a carry account that's assumed to be full C10 everything so 320 is still C9 (think floor 700-750 range it turns to C10)
You just have to play the lanes. For example. For any bullet sponge lane if you place a flame aura right at the spawn it completely removes the bullet sponge affect. Just gotta look at the lanes and use your head. 3 well built gargoyles on a lane with a boost, buff, destructive pylon clears nearly every lane in the game. Plus it afks Siege Rollers and Drakenlords. It's not a huge mystery. People like Savage Beast live stream their resets almost every day on Twitch.
@@MrJuicebags Idk exactly when you guys built your alts, but most people only decide to build one when they see the mind numbing chore that onslaught is, i was one of those.
I built mine on reset 36, it took me like a week to get countess and EV2, for auras and other stuff i was still using my main character with campaign relics. I have no gold to buy all the best mods for my alt, also the point of having and alt is exactly to save gold, right?
I really regretted later having bought countess first instead of Dryad, it's been almost a month and still don't have half of the characters, i had to buy lots of shards just to make the alt work, even with c10 items. I'm buying hunter next, maybe things could change.
Nope, the point of having an alt is to make more gold. Double the gold, double the mats, double all the things. Having an alt cuts your grind time in half. You have been playing a long time. Think of where your main account would be if you had an alt going all along.

I just came back to the game, did my first reset just recently :v
I need to go ahead and get my first 50 done, I still can’t clear the jester incursion on C10, what would you suggest the mods be for the setup for trees and gargoyles?
I'm about to start my AP reset journey. I've done one so far and have been grinding shards and mats and everything since then. Recently became able to beat C9 alone. Though only with tower upgrades and a heavy amount of active DPS with my Barb. Should I grind the mod rerolls to 10/10 out in the next reset or can I just go up to 50 with subpar mods but with gilded shards, destructive pylon and mass destruction?
Since you went to C9 first you will be fine with anything assuming you have all the shards you need
fantastic vid, just wondering, is there a cap to the bonus gold/xp multiplier for doing resets? is there a cap to the number of resets that can be done?
Yes 5 percent gold/xp per reset and 999 is cap

@@FILOdeathlord the level cap is 50k gold cap is 2b if that’s what you’re asking
999 reset cap has never been confirmed by the devs. It is an assumption from the playerbase. Savage Beast will get there within 6 months or so I would guess. So no as far as we all know, there is no cap currently. Devs have hinted at possibly putting in a gold / xp cap at some point. Ascension level does cap at 50k, but no way even to use that many points so it becomes a non issue.
If you dont have a carry, do you think its better to get a perfect relic and upgrade it to 10/10 C8 or to just do one survival first (I do it anyways for hero gear) to get random C10 relics and use them for floor 300-320?
And if so, what towers would you recommend to make random relics work? (I'm thinking maybe gargoyles with gilded def rate, mass destruct and napalm gargoyles?)
I’m on my 5th reset but struggling for gold. Grinding expeditions for it is so terribly tedious. Any advice on better ways?
Sell items you don’t need, esp. items between 7 and 9 bc usually you don’t 100% need them in your build, but some other person might :)
Just grind out motes and rerolls 1number one thing that sells
Not sure if it’s too late to comment for an answer but I hit chaos 9 for my first reset and got 3k ascension level, for reset 2 I also went to chaos 9 but it took a little bit since I mainly solo and don’t use alts now for my resets pre 50 should I reset the second I can or should I constantly hit chaos 9 before resetting

Why is 4896 ur min lvl? Mines way less than that.. 😢 and i just did my 50 reset today..
It's based off of the highest ever achieved onslaught floor. You should a minimum go to Chaos 9 before your first one as this gives you Onslaught floor 300.
@MrJuicebags I did but mine like 3600 or something like that urs is almost 5k 🤧
His highest floor achieved shows 401 in the video. Sorry for jumping in 6 months later lol maybe this helps someone else
