I love this stuff, I’m starting over but dragging my extended family along for the ride, if I don’t sort them out they will keep dragging along on my heels. Right now the plan is to sell up some property, clear all debts and start again fresh the Ramsey way. Thank you so much for your advice!

Quite some good tips, except the big fat lie about diversification. You should only do that when you don't know what you're doing (and even then it's better to just buy an ETF like the S&P of MSCI World - which is in a way diversification I guess). If you're a true value/growth investor, it's all about focussing and zoning in on your few successful and thoroughly researched stocks.
In the same spirit, if you are a true value/growth investor like Buffet, Munger, Fisher, Prabai,.. it's actually not high risk - high reward, but low risk - high reward.
Good summary, loving your channel by the way! Keep up the great work!

    Kim Vildibill
    Vulnerability
I have been having a hard time diving into this personality trait. It seems to be a hard
word to accept and understand in full and complete detail. How does it affect my life and how I
interact with others? Opening up and being truly honest with yourself and others is an
    extremely scary concept to me.
First, being vulnerable requires me to accept the blame for my behavior. This behavior
could be anything from what I say, what I do and how I react. Accepting blame makes me feel
guilt, pain, shame and regret. It is hard to face those situations where my behavior has been
less than desirable. To feel and show those emotions is unnerving and I find myself typically
deflecting, denying or running away from blame. Then, of course, I feel like a disappointment to
    myself and to others.
Next, to show that I am vulnerable means I have to show my honest and raw feelings.
Feelings that include: fear of not being accepted for who I truly am, fear of how others will react
if I use the word “NO”, fear of rejection, fear of showing my emotions, fear of others judging me,
fear of changes and fear of falling back into old behaviors. This, to me, is discouraging and
    absolutely sounds impossible.
I need to be vulnerable so I can accept the reality of situations. I will better understand
myself and others will get to know me at a different level. I know this will be a struggle since I
have worked so hard to be able to detach from certain situations and keep how I genuinely feel
quiet because I am a people pleaser. What I see as impossible right now will become feasible
with time and practice...I know this in my logical mind, but I need to work on my emotional mind.
I took the Myers-Briggs personality profile and found out that I am an "ENFJ". According
to a part of the personality description on www.VeryWell.com, "ENFJs are often so interested in
devoting their time to others that they can neglect their own needs. They also have a tendency
to be too hard on themselves, blaming themselves for when things go wrong and not giving
themselves enough credit when things go right. Because of this, it is important that people with
this personality type regularly set aside some time to attend to their own needs." I sincerely
have a hard time detaching myself from situations that could make me vulnerable and scared.
I need to work on accepting the reality of situations and that sometimes suffering, and
setting boundaries can lead to learning how much to share, when it is okay to detach. Being in
recovery shows my willingness to learn from my past mistakes, be truthful. Knowing that it is
actually okay to ask for help will potentially lead to learning new things (emotions/ skills) and
gain deeper, more connected relationships. It will improve my listening skills and guide me to
be able to respond to situations in a safe way. Having more confidence in myself will increase
    my self esteem.
I guess the hardest part is with all this change I will experience, I have fear of where I will
fit into the big picture. Clinical Director, Kansas Caffery, shared with us in the Process Group
last week the youtube video of "The Missing Piece Meets the Big O”, based on the book by Shel
Silverstein. Right now showing vulnerability is like being the missing piece and searching how
to fill in the gap while still feeling safe, being honest. Vulnerability is intimidating, yet
    encouraging.
