Just yesterday my husband who is a new Christian after five years of me praying for that, he accepted on April second says he has trouble understanding Old testament I was so excited to send this to him thank you thank you thank my brother in Christ
That's really great! So happy that your husband turned to the Lord and received His salvation. Pastor Jack Hibbs is a really good teacher. He teaches in a way that everyone can understand. He often goes over verses from the old testament and shares how they relate to their fulfillment in the new testament... He also teaches a lot about prophecies since nearly 30% of the Bible is based on Biblical prophecies. I've learned so much from Pastor Hibbs. There's a lot of other really good teachers out there! Just be careful to make sure they're teaching sound doctrine.

The old testament is the key to understanding Revelation and the end times. I recommend Chuck Missler's Old testament break down. God bless you and your husband.
Yeah that's great I guess that's why the Rapture hasn't happened yet cause God is still waiting for more to be saved . Congratulations to you and your husband there is alot of info in the Bible just take it a little bit at a time. It's good to start with the new testament Mathew and Mark too.
Isaiah is like it's own Bible microcosm. Anyone could get saved just by reading Isaiah. Not only that, but also the end time prophecies that are all throughout it as well. So cool!

When I talk to people about the bible all I tell them is that I can only inform you. It’s up to you read the Bible except Jesus and let the Holy Spirit in to guide you.
But once you do, you realize how truly amazing God is .

@@yolandavanhollstein8438 You have to to read the Bible, regardless of what version you read, with a critical eye. That means to fully understand the authorship, through and through. Anyone can read the words on the pages, but cannot tell you what they mean in the proper context. To fully understand the way, read Yahwehs content without man’s self- serving interjection. Before commenting, feel free to read any college level paper on Critical reading, writing, and research. It might help you understand. Not one author in this “Holy anthology” is a primary source. So I ask you again… Yolanda, did you read it critically?

So critically no, but when you listen to Godly teaching and listen to the Holy Spirit you understand the context. Many pastors today dont preach the Bible correctly but Word says to RIGHTLY DIVIDE Gods Word. So I take my advice from His Word, ...thank you. God bless you

Leviticus is one of my favorite books of the Bible. You can’t really understand the powerful shift that Christ brought without understanding Leviticus. The gospels are so 🔥 when you study Leviticus. 🙂

i dit stop first time from genisis reading through till half leviticus and there couldnot come further..
then i did matthew till revelations alot of times and some ot i just cant grt through so well..
like exodus, leviticus , songs of solomon, kings, chronicles, samuel..

@@dabiededoo The OT is incredible & adds richness & a whole different perspective to the New Testament. ( I understand though! Numbers is actually the hardest one for me to get through. It’s really redundant & the children of Israel complain a lot. 😂 ) But I would recommend using the Bible app. To read each chapter in ESV or even The Message Bible first for general comprehension. Then go back & and read it in King James, Young’s Literal Translation or using the “Literal Word” App for accuracy. The apps make it easy to flip back & forth between translations so you can double check that you’re getting the true meaning of what’s being said. (The Literal Word app is a game changer because it also has Hebrew & Greek translations of each word & their definitions. It’s taken my Bible study to the next level. 💙)

I’ve been taught this before. It never gets old appreciating the Bible. I’m a bit thick headed and can’t remember where everything is in the Bible. But I love learning verse by verse Gods Holy Word.

The book of Mathew was what opened my eyes to get to know Jesus and he was definitely not the same one I was taught about growing up as a Muslim.
This video is very good and helpful to get to know more about the Bible and br able to tune better towards God so we can be obedient towards his will in our lives, after all we are saved thanks to His Grace and Salvation. Just finished the bible two days ago after 20 days of reading. Certainly interesting read front to back but I’ll have to re-read my favourite parts relentlessly because I obviously am not capable of remembering every teaching. I’ve recently read Revelations and I am a strong believer of post-tribulation but I think if anyone has a biblical reason to believe there view it’s awesome that they even have the knowledge and relationship with God to believe so I don’t care too much to argue over it ❤

You were one of the 3 people who brought me back to Christ during a backslide time. I had given into my flesh and was a transgender woman of 3 years. I'm less than a month into my detransition and I can't thank you enough for being one of the people who helped save my soul. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Song of Solomon is one of the deepest books if not the deepest. It mirrors the entire Bible, the walk of the Christian, and the bride and her groom. It's also the old testament version of the book of revelation
