    Create fabulous, girly projects as gifts and decor! The Dress Form opens at the waist so it's a container, suitable for gifting some small treats or jewelry, and it's a gift in itself! Get creative with the color scheme and patterns you use, as well as with the optional skirt! The large Hat Box is reinforced so it's nice and sturdy, and maximizes full sheets of 12x12 paper, so you can feature something lovely on the lid. The Lipstick opens up and is a box, suitable for any girly occasion, for both young and mature recipients. Make it with a "princess" theme for little ones or make it super classy for a special grown-up. The Happy Birthday Sign Card features popular chalkboard word art and is a cinch to assemble since there is no placement of each letter necessary (the word art is basically only two pieces). The pretty stitching around the frame is optional. The Sewing Card features gorgeous intricate vintage scissors and a cute little tomato pincushion (stitching optional).

    Looking for more detailed instructions on making the card that's included in this Kit?
    You can affix the large piece from chalk.svg to the back of chalkboard.svg. Then glue together the two Ys, the two Os and the two Us. Affix them where the word “YOU” is on the card. Affix this to the center of the card base, which you can fold in half. Then affix the frame to the card base as well. The interior shape can be used inside the card to write or stamp your sentiments onto.
    To create the envelope, rotate it 90 degrees clockwise and fold its sides in. Fold its bottom up and affix it to the sides where they overlap. Insert your card and fold down the top flap. You can affix the top flap in place to seal your envelope.

    I jumped on this file. I have so many friends that sew and of course family. I even found the paper local not to long ago. Can't wait to make it for every one.

    Você faz os cortes em qual plotter de corte?

    • @svgcuts
      @svgcuts  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oi Tainá! Sim, as formas são cortadas usando uma máquina de corte eletrônica pessoal, como Cricut Explore, Cricut Maker, Silhouette Cameo, Brother ScanNCut, Sizzix eclips ou Janome Artistic Edge. Agradecemos seu contato! ~ Mary

      I made the dress form. Came out great. Wondering what type of paper you used for it. Have to make some for bday party.

      svgcuts which cardstock did you use for the Dress form? How heavy was the paper?

    • @svgcuts
      @svgcuts  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Keisha!
      First you'll want to be sure to unzip your download. To unzip a file on a Mac computer, you can simply double-click on it.
      Here’s how to import the shapes (SVG files) into your Cricut Design Space software:
      1. Launch the Cricut Design Space software
      2. Click the big plus sign / New Project
      3. Click the Upload button on the left hand side
      4. Click Upload Image
      5. Click Browse to locate the SVG file you’d like to import first.
      6. Click Save
      7. Now it’s stored in your Uploaded Images.
      8. To place it on your virtual cutting mat for cutting, click on it, then click Insert Images, and it appears on your mat
      9. If you’re not seeing it on your mat, select it in the Layers panel and enter “6” and “6” into the X and Y fields near the top of your window
      **Note: if the SVG file you imported contains additional lines (score lines for folding), you’ll need to click on it to select it and then click on “Attach” in the bottom right hand corner**
