      Dan Chambers I’ve watched your whole playlist on the transporter. I even purchased the spray caps you advised and the spray can gun trigger. Super handy for doing my spoiler on my van. Hopefully now you’ve bought them some valuable exposure for their business and they may reconsider getting some advertising. I’d be happy to send them stuff after seeing them operate.

    Great to see these independent engineering workshops still exist. I used to take cylinder heads to a local one for re skimming years ago, when I was in the trade. That’s gone now and been made into mews houses.

    Thanks dan for showing us all of your tips and tricks me and my dad are building a t6 and making it into a camper and I’ve just got to say thanks for the tip on taking out the clips on the roof and side panels because they are a pain and when we carpeted it yesterday we used your trick to melt the holes in with the soldering iron , so thanks bro for sharing you tricks 🔥

    Not needing to lap the new valves in is a bonus.. As a kid one of my jobs was sitting with valve grinding paste and a “tool” lapping Mk2 Escort heads!

    That was really interesting! I had no idea of the kind of amazing machines they use to do those jobs, I always just thought it was magic. What a job that man has. Super interesting and essential work. Sad to hear he has no one to take over the business after him. I hope he finds someone with as much passion for it as he does. Vans coming together nicely Dan, fingers crossed all these things sorts the engine problem out!

    Dan have you checked that metal pipe round the front of the block round over box to matrix for rust it's a nightmare to get to and they are renound for rust and easy to get to if the head off, I have messaged you in three of your vids now about the pipe let us know how it looks, Good vids keep it up.     For the absolute love of God please don't think this windscreen is fitted well? Nearly 2 decades in the business and things can be so much better. Bond should be applied to the glass on a VW. Any questions please ask and I'm in the Manchester area
