Great layout, make the main track pass the station and move the trucks into a siding parallel at the back of the platform nearer to the working area...
Being a village pond it wouldn't be very deep, the woodland scenics water I used didn't quite turn out the way I intended. To be honest it's the one feature on the layout I'm not keen on and it's been on the cards for a rebuild. That whole Village section lifts out so I could change the scene completely...

Unfortunately the layout no longer exists as of Nov 2021, a new layout is in progress on the original baseboard. Thanks for your interest though !
Nice. I like 009. I can't help but worry that the water level is too high and too close to the track. Subsidence.
