If the mavs can control the lead throughout the game and deter the Celtics from penetrating to the rim. The Mavs would have a chance to win game 3.
Edit: I believe the Mavericks have the potential to bounce back from their recent setbacks. If they can pressure the Celtics into making bad decisions and taking ill-advised shots, the Mavericks could win game 3. However, I don't think the Mavericks are likely to win the series overall, but I do have confidence in their ability to take game 3. Game 2 was also a close match. I'm optimistic that the Mavericks won't be swept by the Celtics. Many teams have come back from a 2-0 deficit, but it's much harder if it goes to 3-0. The Cavs' 2016 comeback was from 3-1, and no team has ever come back from 3-0. However, I have a lot of respect for the Celtics. I'm not discounting their outstanding performance; I just believe in the Mavericks' ability to avoid being swept.
