    Personally love the "retirement" looks. They seem like outfits you can actually wear!

      And that's precisely because in his retirement Bond is like us. We can't wear his work clothes because we are not agents and it would look a bit strange in our own everyday life.

    Just bought my second one! Loved the shirt the grey is the most softest shirt I’ve ever felt! This time around I did go up a size. Reason for that is they are pretty long so when you throw it in the washer and dryer it definitely goes up to a nice length but then it’s super super tight. So hopefully going up one size will help with that when I dry it. But like I said most softest lightest shirt I’ve ever had it’s amazing! Very very comfortable. If this going up one size goes pretty well I’ll probably go by 3 more. That’s how good they are.

      Ahhh this is good to read. I'm a shorter guy and bought two of the XS and came pretty lengthy. Was immediately pondering the ~$200 purchase before cutting tags, hoping they'll shrink to a good size

    The grey, worn shirt Bond uses made me think of the one he uses in the Venice/boat scene in Casino Royale. Maybe it's supposed to be the same as it may have been a gift from Vesper?

    You should do a video with the small on and the medium so people can get a better look at the sizing!

    Did you happen to notice how much the OBT shrinks when you wash it? Their tag states to NOT put it in the dryer, did you use a dryer? Or just lay flat to dry? I am asking because a small is a bit too fitted for my liking. A medium is ok, just a little too loose. If it were to shrink a little it would be perfect but I am EXTREMELY nervous to put a 95.00 T in the dryer and ruin it. Just curious on your thoughts and experience with washing and drying. Thank you for your time.

    Like other comments, the price for this t-shirt is insane whether your Bond or not! Use the money to get yourself in shape and you can wear a $20 t-shirt and look just as good as Bond. Just my two cents...literally. Interesting channel. I ended up ordering the Harrington jacket from Royale because i ended up comparing all other jackets to the one i saw there.

      I agree. There are much more cost effective ways to spend money to achieve the emotional connection to the Bond character we all enjoy. Luxury brand prices can at times feel like insulting price-gouging, and certainly there's a point of diminishing return with regard to quality vs branding and price point. It can also easily be argued that Brands like Orlebar Brown far exceed their value regarding some of their products such as the aforementioned T-shirt. But something to keep in mind is that luxury doesn't require justification or a practical mindset. The acquisition of luxury merely requires the means, and the will to acquire. They are referred to as aspirational brands for reasons of their history, style, quality and iconic status.
      For people in Mr. Zaritsk's income bracket, paying $125 per T-shirt is simply not an issue. He simply wants it for the emotional reasons he wants it, and the money it costs to obtain any of said items in his collection have no adverse consequences on his finances. I also suspect that some substantial revenue is likely being generated by his channel in some capacity which would possibly contribute to certain aspects of his hobby. It's been my experience that intelligent people of means often have hobbies that are self supporting in some capacity even if it starts out as a venture that is fully self-funded.

    Do you notice the top of the arm seam kinks sometimes? The white shirt your wore in this was doing it…I have the same. I can’t work out if it’s a fitting issue or stitching issue.

  • @robsmith6794
    @robsmith6794 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    How does it compare to the Sunspel Riviera T-shirt? The OB looks longer and less fitted than the Sunspel (I prefer the T-shirt to be off the hip). The neck also looks too loose and not well fitted.

      @@SprezzaturaLifestyle trust me you are preaching to the converted but a tee shirt is a tee shirt is a tee shirt. I am not trying to be flippant or draw attention to myself trust me but some brands are just laughing all the way to the bank at our expense.

    After seeing the movie now.....that fishing Tshirt is great! Surely that has to be one of Daniel Craig’s personal shirts. It looks like it’s left over from his 20’s. Really doesn’t seem to fit at all but then it does. Way too short but still cool. Leftover from football practice. The point is that you have to be in really freaking good shape in your 50’s to walk around in daily life in just a t shirt. I’m 52 years old and similar build as DC. I had to leave that Casino royale goal behind. This new Henley and suspenders thing at the end of NTTD and the fishing shirt are great! But we have to be in shape to look right in this stuff!

    85 Euros for a T-shirt. LOL. I bet it is worth every penny it costs...NOT!!

    • @SprezzaturaLifestyle
      @SprezzaturaLifestyle 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      First of all if something is worth the money or not is not judged by the price but by what you get in return for what you pay.
      Just one example: For the average Joe cotton is cotton, but nothing could be further from the truth. Also the quality and durability of the dyes, the way it is dyed, the manufacturing quality and most importantly, the quality of the cut and the fiber length (durability) vary that much that the differences can be huge. Of course there are companies that sell you crap quality for high prices and you have to have the knowledge to be able to judge the quality and filter those, but high quality for low prices is an economical impossibility.
      And 85 Euros is just medium level price range for t-shirts. If you want genuine high level quality that you get from brands like Zegna for example prices start at about 200. And if you want the best of the best, like sea island cotton made in Italy 300 or more are appropriate.
